I ordered on the app ahead of time and i still had to wait nearly 30 mins for my order after arriving at the location. The location was short staffed, but that doesn't excuse the service I had from the manager of this location. I didn't catch his name, but he screamed at me through the intercom and yelled at an employee while I was at the window and I witnessed the whole conversation. People behind me were getting their orders before my online order. Overall, this location gave me the worst service I ever experienced from a fast food location. They should look into bettering the environement to make it a safer workplace and they could keep employees.

Decent enough mcdonalds just above average traffic area so the entrance is one of the more difficult to enter and exit.

The manager tried saying burnt pies weren't a problem, doubled down when we asked if he'd seen the color of those pies. Do you know how burnt a McDonald's apple pie has to be in order to be dark brown on the sides and top? I wish I had gotten a photo before the girl took the bag back from us to throw away. We had a had experience at the other McDonald's and tried to fix it here...only to receive even worse service. Blech! Not worth the hassle.

Went and spent 50 dollars and waited 30 mins for cardboard. That's what the spicy mccrispy tasted like. None of my fries had salt. Missed a double 1/4 pounder and never gave me a cup holder for 4 drinks but gave me 8 cups for coke that came out looking like sweet tea. It was just all bad.

Service at this location has improved immensely from what it was in years past. The staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoy going to this location.
I had an issue with my order yesterday, but Carlos was able to exceed my expectations in helping me out. He deserves a raise or a promotion. I would drive further out of my way to go to this mcdonalds, instead of the one a few minutes from my home.

New worst McDonald's in the Kalamazoo/Portage area. Food was cold, order was not correct, took way too long to get my incorrect food. This place is heading in the direction McDonald's on Portage Rd went.

This place is ok, it's improving with its customer service. They have more employees now compared to the usual two or three employees that's usually seen there. They also seem to be a little faster getting their food out thru the drive thru as well.Parking: Parking on both sides of the building.Kid-friendliness: The environment is kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: The building is wheelchair accessible.
