This McDonalds is the most dysfunctional location I have ever visited.I stopped to see if I could use $100 bill due to needing it broke. Once they said yes, I ordered 2 Pies, 2 Large drinks, and 1 large fry. It took 2 people to figure out the change for a $100.00They walked away to fill orders but never gave me cups. I politely asked another worker, whom I didn't know wasn't clocked in, but helped.It ended up taking 15min for my food.I returned inside bc 1 of my pies was missing, only to find out both my pies were cold. ?Never again!!

Ordered off the app for drive thru pulled up gave them my code they asked my name and I pulled up to the window and they told us to pull up so we did and waited for 8 minutes as 3 cars behind us done got there food and left I had a 10 pc meal and a 6pc happy meal so we back up to the window for them to tell me they don’t have my order and they don’t remember us then someone said yea I told them to pull up and ended up waiting 25 minutes for nuggets

They didn't have mustard, made fun of me for asking for 10 ketchups, my burger was both inside out and upside down, the fries were mushy, and they tried to charge me $5 for one drink. They said the total was $14 and change so I asked them to take off one of the large drinks and then they said my total was $9.40. I wasn't going to argue so I just went with it

Very incompetent people running this location. First they charged me for the wrong order, then there was debate if i paid for my food or not at the 2nd window. We had to call the incompetent manager again to explain to his employees that i paid. Then after waiting the incompetent manager again brings me incorrect food order. At this point i was done, i told him to keep the food and the money since i was already late for my appointment because of all the fiasco.Dietary restrictions: I kept ordering sandwich with sausage and they still brought sausage sandwich for me.

I visited this location a couple days ago, waiting for a total of 20 min for 2 diet cokes in the drive through. Sat at the pay window for a good 4 min while the female employee stood within in eye sight but did not approach the window , when she did she rather loudly stated the order, I gave her my money and attempted to give the change as well but she abruptly closed the window then proceeded to hold up the 3 one dollar bills through the window looking at me with a crazed look, she also smelled terribly of skunk marijuana. I showed her the change, she abruptly re opens the window , takes the change and closes the window with no attempt to say thank you. I pull up to the window where the drinks are sitting . The female employee has her back to the window and is conversing with 2 others, she finally turns around, hands out our beverages and closes the window, with no verbal exchange. These employees clearly have had no training, direction, supervision, or basic human manners. Clearly management and owners take no responsibility or pride in their work. Sadly this location will have the same fate as the portage rd store. The beverages were flat and tasteless, would like a refund. 0 stars for this location.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 fries and 2 burgers. Got to the first window to pay and was told that they didn't have fries and that they would have to give me a refund for those. Still waiting as of today for that refund. Was given no receipt so I could fill out the survey and let them know about their service. So basically they are stealing your money while you get nothing in return. I almost always make sure I get a receipt so that if something goes wrong I can give them a review and let them know where they need to improve. I suggest getting a receipt from this place so that if you too get screwed over you have your receipt as proof. I've heard in the past bad things about this particular Mcds but honestly never had any type of an issue with this one until now!

I have never had good experiences with this McDonalds! As someone who is a server for a restaurant...I usually have a little more understanding for people working with food but it seems like the people who work here don't even care about their jobs. The first time I went here, I ordered the two cheeseburgers meal with bacon and a diet coke. What I got was one cheeseburger with no bacon, no cheese, no pickles, and also no fries. I figured it was maybe a one off occurence but when I went back a few weeks later for breakfast, that's what really made my mind up about this place. I got a bacon, egg and cheese bagel and the two sausage burritos with a diet coke. The worker at the window was actually pretty polite and told me they had ran out of sausage burritos and if there was something else he could get for me, then that would be okay. I told him I would take another bagel and as he bagged my food for me...one of the managers walked in and started yelling at him for it. I thankfully got my food after the two had a heated argument right in front of me, but that was enough for me to know that I won't be going back here ever again. If you go here...be warned...you are NOT going to have a good experience.

normally i’m not the type of person to complain, but we ordered cheese burgers and a fry, the burgers were not wrapped when we got them, had nothing but meat and cheese on it, and there was a hair in one.
