Disappointing ?? Experience! I was driving from Detroit to Chicago, stoped here for quick bite. Did the drive thru: not busy time. I ordered a mccrispy chicken sandwich. They had me pull over to wait: when I received it had “nothing” on it except 3 pickles?! WTH? Where’s the lettuce, mayo/sauce?! It was the DRIEST sandwich I’ve ever eaten. I hardly ever do fast food: geez I wonder why.

this place should be shut down. they park every vehicle. wrong food . why park every vehicle? do you think your employees like going out when dark ,possibly getting hit by a car .

I arrived at this establishment in the middle of the night, around 2:10 am, with my family, thinking that it was open 24 hours as advertised. However, to my surprise, when we pulled up to the window, the young woman who greeted us seemed completely disinterested in serving us, almost as if she was upset that we had come by at that hour. Her demeanor was cold and unfriendly, and it didn't help that a pale-skinned man wearing a headset was just standing there, staring at us. After a few moments of awkward silence, the young woman finally spoke up and told us that they were closed. I couldn't believe it! We had driven all the way here, only to be turned away without any explanation or apology. It was a terrible experience, and I believe that the establishment needs to improve its customer service, starting with changing their hours on Google so that people won't be misled into thinking that they're open all the time.

I placed my order online and went to pick it up at 2:30 a.m. I was told when I arrived that they weren't going to make my food because the entire store went on break at one time and they didn't feel like doing anything until they were off break. You think they would be smart enough not to send the entire store on break at one time. Now I have to wait 5 to 7 business days for a refund on the money that they took instantly.

Just came here for a doordash order in the Drive-Thru for over 30 minutes for an order while they were all playing around in a car and another was actually sitting and eating in the dining area nobody at the drive-thru windows at all nobody really in the store at all doordashers do not get paid extra the longer it takes to get the order and it being delivered but as in possibly in the future going here to get myself something I don't think I would want to with the way it went with just this incident

I went thru the drive thru on Saturday 02/03/24. I just ordered an Egg McMuffin and a Carmel Latte. She gives me the Egg McMuffin and tells me to pull forward at which point I asked "won't this get cold while I wait" She completely ignores me. I pulled up and waiting close to 15 minutes for the Latte. It never came. I asked two people who were bringing food out to other people waiting if they could check on my coffee. I was told no both times. Finally, since I was going to be late for work, I had to drive off without my Carmel Latte. So, McDonalds you owe me $3.79 for a Carmel Latte that I never got and until I am offered a refund I will not be coming back. Thank You for making my day...

I came in at 3am after they posted about being 24 hours again to order food and I saw 3 people inside. I sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes before I decided to drive away. Not going back..
