Foods good when it's right which is not often. Owners argue and block customers with valid complaints and critisms. Orders are always wrong and or missing something. Food is often shown like a disingenuous advertisement for food, meaning the portions are likely off and wrong. 5 stars for when the food shows up right and on time. 0 for everything else. Take criticisms, teach your workers to check orders before sending them out. You guys literally steal from me everytime I order because you miss something and I don't have the time to make it right. Some of us are on a schedule.

I came in with a larger order than usual, needing almost 20 burgers plus fries. The person taking the orders spent 10 minutes trying to figure out how to produce such an order and tried to send me to another location for pick up even though I explained, I don't mind waiting. She said they would have to pause DoorDash orders in order to accommodate my order. I'm sorry, is that my problem if I'm willing to spend $200 at your establishment shouldn't I be a priority. After having to call a manager or somebody my order was accepted. it took them all of 15 minutes to cook the food. Why would you cause customers grief when they're trying to spend money at your establishment. Your food is great, but get the Customer Service part down.

We tried Nonla burger after hearing rave reviews from many of our friends. The place was clean and very fresh with its decor. It was strange how you had to wait for a table, but there was no table service and you had to order at the counter or using the app. I was expecting a server to at least help with alcoholic beverages. We ordered and waited almost 45 min for our food. We watched many customers that came in after us get their food before we did. When we got our food, my wife's chicken sandwich was room temperature at best and my burger was crunchy as it was overcooked. I noticed that the smash burgers were 2.4 oz pattys and shouldn't take long to cook. So the cooks had to have given me a burger that had been sitting on the flat top for a while. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience for the hype we heard.

I cannot give a higher rating to a burger joint in Michigan and I would put them up against any burger spot nation wide.
What makes Nonla amazing is the quality ingredients, quick and friendly service, and incredible rotating special menu.
The classic burger is a thing of beauty. Lacy beef perfectly grilled to crispy perfection surrounding a perfectly cooked center slathered in American cheese, crisp lettuce, onions and a sauce that is reminiscent of YumYum sauce. All in all a near perfect burger.
The Nonla way takes your experience to a whole new level with the addition of thinly sliced jalepeños, perfectly cool slices of cucumber, cilantro, and grilled onions takes this to a Bahn Mi esque experience that makes it truly a culinary delight.
I live thirty minutes away and willing make the journey as much as my wife allows. The vegetarian options are not an afterthought but a shining example of how to do good food for a varied audience.
Nonla you’re killing it and I hope you expand!

Everything was great. I absolutely love the hot chicken sandwich, although I would suggest sliced pickled or a more finely diced pickle/ relish? Other than that, it was great.
