Tonight my order was apparently mixed up and I received cheesy bread instead of the 6 cheese pizza I ordered - Corey was on top of it as soon as I called and remade my order fresh even though it was a busy night.

Ordered carry-out through a promotional price deal. Sounded great so I ordered 7 pizzas for a dinner party. Day of party I ordered at 3pm to have delivered at 5:30. They didn't come. By 5:45 I called and was told via phone message that they were running late. I never could get a human on phone. By 6pm called again. Still running late. Arrived at 6:10.

This location has gone downhill. The past few times I’ve come, the blonde girl working the register has been extremely rude and has had a bad attitude. The last time I had a pickup order, I stood waiting for 5 minutes before being acknowledged by any employee (there were three, including the aforementioned blonde employee.) My orders have repeatedly been marked as ready despite not even being prepped. My orders are always missing something. The front of the store was a mess and disgusting.

I'd give 0 stars if I could, my food was burnt, they left out my sauces and my pizza was a medium instead of a large. I ordered the parmesean crust and received a normal crust as well. This place is normally better but from my experience the night shift actually does their job right. Day shift I have YET to get my order made correctly. They had pans all over the floor with grease and the blonde girl used the register before going back to tossing dough without washing her hands. It's absolutely filthy in there now and they've just let the place go. If I was a manager I'd fire all of the day shift.

Very inconsiderate and unproffessional who ever is working right now with the blonde hair, only saying that because I never did get her name. Very dismissive and inappropriate , had her man and baby behind counter and still jumped in my business after ignoring me when I first arrived

This review is based off 3 separate experiences. Each time I was using my super book coupons before they expire and unfortunately you can't order online with that coupon. So I called what I thought was the store but I guess Papa John's outsources so I had to listen the whole upselling script every time before being transferred to the store directly. Two times I got right though no issues and ordered my pizzas. Both times it was delicious but inconsistent in the shape and size of the large pizzas (still delicious) but one was so thick and small it was like a deep dish. The third time I was on hold or something while a promotion played on a loop. I waited over 5 minutes for an answer that never happened so I went somewhere else. Delicious pizza but poor phone ordering system.

Envy “Freaking” Madness
No stars for food as I never got it. I ordered online and couldn't order so I called and ordered . I spend $54 and was told after waiting almost an hour for my order that they didn't have their own drivers. The person said they use door dash and if I didn't get my food after another 30 minutes to call back and she'll cancel my order. I still didn't get my order so I called back and was put on hold before I could even speak to anyone. I find it wrong that their app not their employees ever said they didn't have drivers of their own. I also find it ridiculous that they didn't answer their phones but I stead let it go to hold for over 10 minutes. I'm not happy with them and I will never buy from them again. I highly recommend that you don't order if you wish to eat or have money either.

GM Stephanie is GREAT. The customer service here is good. The lobby is usually clean. Plenty of parking. No public restroom. They are occasionally understaffed and this results in a longer wait time. Food is always done to order, but I'm not a big fan of Papa John's pizza. But if you want a quick bite and friendly, patient staff, this is the place to go. That Chocolate Chip cookie tho? OMG ?Highly recommended ?

I love this hotel! The rooms and decor are a little dated but they are making improvements every time we visit. The staff is fantastic! They are kind, easy going and a pleasure to work with.Wheelchair accessibility: Queen Suite on the first floor has a wheelchair access room
