We usually get our food and go to the office and eat. On this day we decided to eat in the store. Joy and her team took care of us. They brought our food out to our table.. it look so good we had to take a picture.A large veggie with all the toppings and a little mayo… this is the best sandwich in town!

Best cheese steak ever. It comes hot and with the cheese melted with is the way it should be. I try to go as often as I can when in Kalamazoo.

1st time there, Ordered 2 sandwiches. 1 large 1 regular. 2 fries. 1 large 1 regular, a cookie and 1 large fountain drink. Total came to $42.57. The staff was so nice and friendly I had them keep the change from a $50. We were the only customers there. We waited approximately 10 minutes for our food. During our wait I used the restroom and the restroom was disgusting. We received our food bagged up and left. NEVER LEAVE WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR ORDER !!! We ended up with the 2 great tasting sandwiches that we ordered, 1 very good regular sized fry. Did not get the large fry, did not get the cookie. The fruit punch fountain drink was quite tasty too. Not likely I will return.
