We were staying at the Home 2 Suites in Kalamazoo, MI and ordered Pizza Hut. The gentleman who answered and took our order, Patrick, was so very nice and helpful. We're from out of town and didn't know if we could even get it delivered to us, but when we told him where we were staying, he said he would make sure it would be delivered. Our pizza was delivered from the location at 1930 W. Main Street and, the pizza was fantastic as well. Thank you so much!!!!!

Employees are always friendly and have my order ready when promised. Service with a smile when I arrive to pick up my order. Friendly atmosphere and clean store.Dietary restrictions: I’m ketovore, so I appreciate that Pizza Hut offers traditional deep fried wings without any breading or seasoning. They are my “go to” splurge when that craving hits.

Last night will be the final time that we will be visiting this location. As soon as I walked in to pick up my online order, it was chaos. One of the workers began cussing out their coworker in front of all of the customers and just left. Another one started working on food without washing their hands. There was no acknowledgment of any of the customers who came in for at least five minutes. Our pizza had been dropped and was being remade but no apology for the delay. No employees were wearing gloves except the girl who was prepping the pizzas. The only plus we had was that our pizza was cooked well but not worth going backed based on the service and in store conditions.
I have had a few orders that have been hurried, something, forgotten, or not correct but it happens sometimes and I rarely ever complain. The reason I don't complain is they are the only place I order from 1. If I put a note they always call to make sure they understand and have it right. 2 I don't care when I order it never takes more than 45 minutes I have never had to wait for my food. 3 When I come pick it up the employees are always pleasant and polite.

I have never had a bad experience with this Pizza Hut location and we can always depend on them supplying great food and customer service. One thing also to note, I asked a third party driver about tips at this location and she stated this location is very good about giving tips to third party drivers when the tip is left on the card with the order, so that made me relieved that the correct people are getting their tips.
