first of all, they are not good with greetings. I ordered hot wings and asked for a ranch not an extra. a heavier set, Caucasian women told me those cost 59 cents. I'm saying since when don't u get ur choice or ranch or blue cheese first sauce fee? not anymore. She said ill give it to u this time next time you will be charged. She said it like it was a gold bar that she was giving me at that every ranch giving away comes out of her Pizza Hut paycheck. She said it like yeah I know you can't afford a ranch. I am black, hair was all over so I'm sure she would have never guessed I worked in the medical field. Some people take their jobs for companies they have no ownership in way too seriously. I'm curious to know if she even gets full-time hours! besides the service food was good. Happy easter!!!

Ordered from the gull Rd location tonight. The meal deal box with a pizza cinnamon sticks and cheese bread, and the 2 orders of wings were cold and nasty. And the mini cinibons were not delivered. I called the store minutes after the driver left and told the girl on the phone that the cinibons were missing and the rest was stone cold and she wouldn't talk about the cold food and offered to send me a letter to redeem the cinibons at a later date. I said I needed them tonight and was told 30 minutes. 45 minutes later I called to see where they were and the same girl said they were on their way but she had no idea when they left because they were with a dasher. I told her that if they were with a dasher I would have gotten a text she called me a liar. 10 minutes later they showed up in a pizza hut delivery car. Not only have they gotten my order wrong multiple times, told me they gave me my card back when they hadn’t, twice and then today the idiot at the pickup window accused me of stealing a pen which she never gave me so I gave up my $5 pen so she would shut up about it. Not to mention the ride home is 5 minutes and it was so cold we had to heat it up in the microwave to get hot pizza.consistently bad customer service and now bad product. There are way too many pizza joints near them for such bad service to occur.No wonder Pizza Huts circling the drain.

I rarely leave reviews, but this location has habitually been terrible. Chronically late by substantial margins of time for delivery, cold food, poor customer service, and even hair in the food (and I mean hairs, plural). We were promised to be mailed a gift card after the hair incident, but never received it. Honestly, don't waste your money, there are a lot better take out and delivery options in the area.

I like this place because unlike Geno's here in parchment they get the order to you in a quick hurry and their food ain't cold, greasy or disgusting and plus it's cheaper
