i have been to this location twice now and both times i have left unsatisfied. The first mobile order I placed was missing items and I had to go back in and ask for them. The second mobile order I placed, given the location was very busy, was ignored for over an hour. When asking for an update on the order, I was asked for the name but then not told anything about the status of said order. The customer service at this location is really lacking and other employees can be seen behind the counter giggling and making conversation with over 20 customers in lobby.

This is possibly the worst qdoba I’ve ever been to. They are always returning orders because they never have food. The guac is always old and somehow all the food is bland.

This location used to be nice a cleanly but in the last few years has really gone down hill. The place is always trashed and the service is even worse. The individuals working don't seem to care and appear to intentionally trying to give you an extremely small portion. The employee literally grabbed the shredded cheese with 2 fingers and sprinkles roughly a dozen little shreds of cheese on. I asked politely if I could have a little more and the same thing happened. At that point I realized it was intentional and payed for my food, left and won't be back. I've visited multiple times in the past year around 8pm and never am pleased anymore.

staff is downright awful, understaffed and preoccupied with so many things. i got the complete wrong order and was waiting for 20 minutes. also the cashier cussed at me so that’s not chill.

Came in today starving, absolutely famished, looking for good grub. I came across Misty as my cashier and burrito bowl maker, she was the sweetest women. Very personable, I loved just chit chatting with her and getting an opportunity to kind of know her. Great customer service!

The food was good but we waited in line for over 30 minutes because they don't have enough staff to keep up the busy pace. I don't blame the employees, they were doing their best. I believe it is a management issue. So managers, you might want to check the schedule and staff the right amount of employee's for the dinner rush. Plus you need to factor in the online orders coming in. I really don't think that those should have taken presidence over the walking. Js
