The place was closed for walk in orders. Only online orders. They said not enough workers. So we ordered online and went in and waited. We counted 4 workers walking around laughing and joking around. Noone working. Took a long time for the order. Then it wasn’t complete and missing some ingredients for the bowls. No chips. But got 2 inches of napkin.

The steak was not good and the service was awful I asked how they were doing and the person at the counter just shook their head at me. All i got was annoyed faces the whole time. Not a good experience for the same price as a sit down restaurant.

Came in at 8 pm on a Saturday. They were out of black beans, all chicken, half the veggies, most of the pork. In my bowl they gave me just the minimum of what they had. Probably the smallest portions I've ever gotten at a Qdoba. I wouldn't go back to this location. There was no customers, it wasn't busy.

This location has severely gone downhill. Last time I ordered I should have just walked out and not paid or taken the food they prepared. 1 dish had a full scoop of meat, our second had half the amount we asked for them to correct it and the manger was incredibly rude and wouldn't give more. It was a quarter of the total meal we get at chipotle. And it taste terrible!
Love the Drake Rd Location. Depending on whose working, some make the meals just right and some don't even make it your money's worth. Prices are up now. I don't mind paying BUT please give my money's worth.???

First time grabbing food here will sadly be my last! Food was ok. Temp of the food wasn’t ok! Luke warm at best. Rice was bland. Showed up around 10:30pm with all the chairs on tables so I either had to put one down or take it to go. Planned on eating in but took it to go.

Maybe hire some employees that actually want to work there? Showing attitude to customers for no reason. Not the first time dealing with this specific girl. She tries to put on the wrong beans and when I correct her twice she rolls her eyes. Then I asked her to take some veggies off and she tossed the extra veggies back into the pan. I just walked right out. This used to be one of my favorite location.
