Brought a friend here and not only did they not understand a simple question about a "classic" sub which was the cold cut combo but even discribing the sandwich and what goes on it they still looked puzzled at what she wanted so she had to order something completely different which cost more than what she wanted 1st. When it came to payment she needed to do some cash and some card she asked for a specific amount to be charged to the card and the rest in cash. They over charged the card and tried to take all the cash she gave them when she told them she needed the change back from the cash that's why she wanted to pay with a card too. After all that they ended up giving her the wrong change, shorted her by 3 dollars. SMH definitely a stressful situation that shouldn't have been! It would've helped if one of the girls wasn't on a phone call cuz she kept turning around like we couldn't hear her and saying something in another language and turning back around and interjecting into the problem as if she knew what was going on which she had no clue! Definitely wouldn't recommend this location to anyone

I don’t know if anybody knows but in the United States of America you cook bacon before putting it on a sandwich if bacon is raw it makes you very sick. I called the store and the guy argued with me over and over. They never think that they do anything wrong. The customer is never right so sitting here with raw bacon all over my sandwich it was really disgusting. What a jerk that I spoke with on the phone.

Subway on sprinkle Rd Kalamazoo would NOT accept our on line order for Buy a 12" sub get one 12" half off. Was feeding 4 people and charge was over $50

Sandwiches were good.... however there were at least 3 women there (only 2 came to counter, 3rd was not seen, but heard). All 3 women were coughing, no masks, and I ended up getting sick from it. I guess if I go to Subway again, it will not be the one on south Sprinkle rd.

It's just that as these franchises get bought up by these people I just lose interest on account of they choose not to honor coupons that you find online, in app, or on paper.. There are hardly any subways left that haven't gone this way. Too bad.

I went here, had a coupon for 3 footlong for $17.99, and I didn't pay that. There is a list of certain subs that qualify for this deal at this location. I had 2 chicken breast which qualified but had ordered a BLT which does not qualify, also grabbed 3 cookies so I ended up paying $32 and some change.I will say, they made my sandwiches with everything I wanted and were very pleasant. Times are rough right now for everyone so I get it, just discouraging to be turned away due to fine print and rules ??Won't be visiting here again. They hit me with the "I just work here" IYKYKThey also do not honor the BOGO footlong deal everyone gets mailed to them.

Phenomenal staff!! The crew went above and beyond to contact me to let me know they believed my card information was stolen and was being used to place several back to back orders at their store.I hung up and blocked the first caller after assuming it was a scam (poor phone service on my end made the callers voice inaudible + I’d never lived in, near, or even been to Michigan before). The staff continued to make efforts to contact me from their personal phones, and when I finally answered again they alerted me of the theft. Because of their quick thinking and continued efforts to call me, I was able to cancel my card quickly without any major purchases going through! Their local police even got ahold of me with case number to give my bank to ensure I would be refunded.I can’t thank them enough for their consideration and kindness towards me!!
