I love the food here and though there is a wait I don't mind since the food is so good. However, they did have animal planet on the television and I had to switch my seat because I am a little too squeamish to watch that as I eat raw fish. This was a one time thing in the few times I've been there so don't let it stop you, but that wasn't my cup of tea.

We did a $14.99 all-you-can-eat sushi lunch. They give you a slip to mark what you want. You can select a starter (miso soup or salad), appetizers (crab rangoon, tempura vegetables, fried Oreo, etc) sushi rolls (the slip tells you how many pieces come in each of the different rolls), individual pieces of sushi, and dessert (for about a dollar extra). They take the slip, bring out your food in waves, and make your sushi fresh. You can order as much as you want, but eat all you order; to avoid waste you get an extra charge for whatever you don’t eat. That was no problem, as we had no leftovers! Going this route it is smart to order a little at a time. There is also a regular menu to order plated food. I highly recommend this restaurant and can’t wait to go back to try more!

To be very honest, based on what I've seen recently here, I should not even allow 2 stars and I will explain in my review. I have frequented Sushi AI for some time now, bringing in out of town guests, family, friends, and business colleagues. I would guess I've eaten here 20+ times and I have eaten at sushi restaurants all around the country for many years. Within thr past 6 months, this place had gone from a go to sushi spot to a place I will go when I want to over indulge for a very affordable lunch, but will not ever go for dinner again. In my most recent experience here, we were one of only 3 tables of guests and we sat near the sushi prep area so we could watch preparation of the food. We were greeted within a couple of minutes and served water with no ice and couldn't seem to get any for some reason. The miso soup was barely warm and unappealing, like a leftover cup of coffee from yesterday. Deep fried appetizers were great as always (crab rangoon and veggies) and Shuman. But this is where it started going wrong. The owner was prepping while a young chef prepared the rolls, sashimi, etc. He was doing dine in ad well as carryout. The orders were filled extremely slowly and carryout absolutely took priority over dine in. We waited probably 45 minutes to an hour after apps came out to get our platter of assorted sushi. The table next to us waited much longer and was missing some things, as were we. When we asked the server, the chef added it to the list and made no attempt to expedite the missing items. This took probably 20-30 additional minutes. Being AYCE, we wanted to order more and were given a new order sheet, which was added to the list, which we expected. We then got treated to an unexpected show where the owner berated and belittled the server in front of the guests until she went into a side room crying. This was upsetting to some guests of course and yet we were still sitting there like everyone else waiting for food, drinks, etc. She came out a few minutes later and service declined for the remainder of our visit due to her recent berating. We eventually ended our dinner feeling full, but more so empty and upset because of what we saw and heard. I also have also seen a steady stream of new faces working here and I think I know why! It's getting extremely tough to continue to visit Sushi AI because I see this decline in the entire operation, as do others. Look at reviews from a year ago versus the past 6 months and you can paint your own picture. The owner needs to wake up or he is going to lose something that could be wonderful again!

Food was good. But asked for a lemonade and got room temp tap water with lemons. (Water had no ice)Other tables that came in after us got their food before our table.Ended up getting our food to-go, it was good. But will never be going there to dine again.

Will never return to this slow restaurant. The service was not good and multiple tables got served before us that arrived much later than us. We waited over an hour for 2 rolls. This was not a good experience at all.

I ordered $100+ of food.I didn’t get one of my specialty rolls, when I called they said that it was in fact in there. It was not.It took a lot longer than 20 minutes to prepare.- it was the volcano roll. The miso soup was very diluted, it’s hard to mess up Miso. The Halloween roll had scales in it, one actually cut the top of my sisters mouth and is now infected. But it looked really great. The sweet potato roll and the pickled radish roll were yummy!I ordered the yellowtail/jalapeño and they said when I got there they didn’t have it.We got the nigiri regular and the rice portion was too big with no wasabi under it, and the fish was warm by the time it was given to me.Nigiri deluxe was the same thing...I will not be returning and thought readers should know.Amy( the server) was lovely and they have delicious candy at the front.

So I continue to come because the price is right and the sushi tastes good, but cmon chef, this is sushi and should have a nice presentation. It doesn't matter whether the place is full of people or empty, you can expect your order to take 30 minutes or so, which is kind of odd. The miso soup is rarely hot and comes out luke warm and is thin and sometimes tasteless. The fish is becoming more and more thin and small compared to the enormous rice underneath. The AYCE menu is decent for $15 lunch, but doesn't change much for the $25 dinner, so I don't come for dinner anymore. Amy the server is very nice but I believe she's been told she can't serve anything until the whole order is ready, so it sits on the counter for sometimes 15 minutes before it makes its way to the table. I just have mixed feelings on whether to keep coming back, but I can't resist the lunch deal. I want the chef/owner to pick up his game and make this a place I can refer my friends to, because I can't do it just yet.

Super good. The place is so cozy and pretty. The waitress was very nice and the food was fantastic. We tried the miso soup, crab Rangoons, nigiri and a few rolls. We've tried quite a few places and this one was definitely up there. Prices were super nice too.
