Hidden gem! The rolls have giant pieces of fish and the nigiri is very well made. The quality of the fish is significantly better than other restaurants in the area and nearly half the price.

Party trays are great for events or to really treat yourself on a date night.

I like how nice and friendly the staff here. Prices are incredible and the value is very good. I ordered California rolls and kambotchi rolls. I asked them to arrange everything with no chilli spices. They did a great job! The taste is good! Cooking is good and hungry satisfying! I recommend this place for grab and go sushi.

Quite simply, you cannot get better sushi for as good a price anywhere in Kalamazoo. My absolute go-to my entire time at WMU. The family who run the shop are very nice, and the sushi is way better than grocery store sushi- for the price of grocery store sushi. HIGHLY recommended!

Many people believe that when you're about to die, a snapshot of your life's most potent memories flashes before your eyes. I'll be the first to tell you that they are wrong. As I sat there, vision fading and gasping for air, there was only one thought passing my mind: I am about to die to a wasabi pea. I had made the foolish assumption that the wasabi at this establishment were mere imitation wasabi, and therefore I could smear copious amounts onto a sushi roll. Words cannot express the absolute despair that washed over me as I felt an immediate and complete blockage of my airway. I ended up spitting the roll out and cautiously eating the next one.All in all, the restaurant has good sushi for a decent price, it seemed fresh and it tasted good. If you ever go there and you're a fan of wasabi, PLEASE ONLY USE A LITTLE.

Had Sushi house while dropping my son off at WMU. Limited indoor seating and does look a bit run down, but sushi/sashimi was outstanding!

I got a variety of sushi, nigiri, and sashimi. Not the best fish quality. They are located in the heart of all the hype around campus. You will not find parking spots on weekends.
