Worker extremely rude. Was swearing at her daughter that was in lobby. Then got mad and started yelling at my wife cause we were sitting close to her. She said white people don’t need to sit next to my daughter. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional environment.

The only consistency that this restaurant has is the fact that they are slow and rude. I placed an order online in the app and there isnt an option to put sour cream on the side. So I asked for a small cup and the lady complained the entire putting a small amount of sour cream into a two ounce cup. Unfortunately, this is the only taco bell around me, or I would choose somewhere else. Ita a disgrace and the GM/DM should be shamed they allow this sort of "customer service." Spend your time and money else where. Drive to 9th street. They are much nicer there.

Tried to come here after a concert like i have many times before at taco bells. Told us that the insode was closed and when we went to the drive through they then told us that they were only serving door dash. Employees were very rude. This is the last stray for me and taco bells

This place is just a really bad, and not competent enough. Very rude staff, and they be closing early than what they’re supposed to. I went there last night around midnight and they said they weren’t taking any orders, I mean yeah I get it, if they don’t like to work there just get another

Hit or miss, but the misses are always huge. Today it was the extremely rude employee working the speaker box. Then there’s the time I had my order messed up 4 times in the same night. The food is as good as you’d expect from Taco Bell, nothing special at all. Double check your order once it gets handed to you, and be prepared to deal with the lousiest customer service Main St. has to offer.

Rude workers , missing sauce didn’t ask if wanted any. Took my money and handed change without saying a word and handed me my food without saying one word and shut the window . Poor customer service

Went there around 3pm on a Saturday. I would oh gave zero stars if that was a choice. Worse customer service ever, dining room was dirty. Wasn't very busy, however they did not get my order right and when I went up there to tell them they were very rude to the point of yelling at me. At least a couple of workers were on their cell phone texting or something. No helpful employee in there. My friend that was at the table can hear them. I was never offered money back or any kindness. Terrible here I would never go back.
