Went here for the first time this past week. I got a grilled chicken quesadilla and my bf got the big burrito, both were delicious. Happy they're just down the road from campus.

Came in to grab dinner because we didn't feel like cooking. Perused the menu a bit while the employee at the register patiently waited for us. Decided what we wanted, ordered and sat for about 5mins. Our food came out - hot and ready to go! :) I was a little skeptical, because that seemed a bit too quick, but they weren't very busy. My fiancé and I drove about 30mins from Battle Creek, so getting takeout, we had to drive 30mins back home with the food. And it stayed hot the entire time. Didn't need to heat up after getting home, very pleased. And the food is BOMB!! Their queso has the perfect heat, green sauce is lovely as well. Love the quesadillas. The pulled chicken I got was so flavorful. We bought 2 quesadillas (one small, one large), a bag of chips, a cup of queso and churros for $26. Will definitely be coming back when I'm in the area.

Very nice restaurant. The food is fresh. I've tried multiple items. The steak burrito bowl is awesome, but nothing beats the mini churros!. The cashier is always helpful and friendly. I will and have recommended this establishment to friends and family. *Accessible*

First, I have been a loyal long term customer to cottage inn and big burrito, and a former employee to cottage inn. The service at big burrito, is always on point. I don't eat much pizza anymore but order 3-4 times a month at big burrito,The food is always made correctly, the customer service when I order in store is very welcoming, and polite.Food is good, made well, and always am taken care of. Prices are good.Management has done really well to keep the business thriving, I am very pleased and this is why I order from big buritto.Yummy food, good service, and good prices

Can't complain. Mexican food in Michigan will never hold up to my roots in southern Arizona, but for the Midwest they do a decent job at the price point. Online ordering makes it easy.
