I have never gotten cold fries until tonight. I went thru the drive thru and reached in the bag and was mortified by touching cold fries. The nuggets were lukewarm so I took both back inside and had to wait at least 8 more minutes because they passed the first basket of fresh fries out to drive thru customers and then had to put more down for me.

The guy who was at the window, taking payment and handing the food to us, did not say one word to us. Our order was incorrect and cold. Would not recomend this location to eat at. It's not the first time we have had issues at the Sprinkle Road Wendy's.
