Food is good. They are new though. Check your order before you leave. Super busy. Expect to wait longer than usual. Packing could use work. Ordered 3 boxes but everything was packed in 2 boxes. I’m sure in 6 months things will be fine.

They forgot some of our food, the place was packed and there was no room left to sit. We ordered from the kiosk, and I had to beg for our cups for drinks and was ignored when I tried to get our food corrected.

Been here a dozen times or more and they just can't seem to get one order correct. I ordered 5 cravings boxes and they threw it all in a big bag minus the boxes. Now we get to try to decipher what the 17 items are loosely thrown in a giant paper bag. If my family didn't love the Bell I wouldn't even pull into this place.

Everytime I go here and it’s not just this location I don’t know if Taco Bell is training issues or needs a better system for order making! But I haven’t had my order right since the very first week this location opened and they are always nice about fixing it but it’s so frustrating to have to have to go back in after waiting the first time to get it corrected and I HATE wasting food and get they can’t take it back but I can’t always or want to eat the wrong item.

I wish I could give this place a negative star rating. Food is never correct. For instance just a few minutes ago I ordered two tacos no lettuce. (We also had a few other items). They screw it up and add lettuce.(okay no big deal, turn around and ask for replacement). They then screw up those ones and add lettuce to them as well. So they go to remake yet again. Which at this point I’m far over it. We finally get the tacos and it’s been 23 minutes since I’ve been waiting for these two tacos. (My other food is now cold to the touch) from waiting so long. Manager lady or whoever was on the phone was absolutely rude as could be, yelling over my voice so she can feel dominant. She was not helpful at all toward resolving the issue by just giving a refund for our items that are now cold. Instead she demanded I called corporate. So I did just that. The newest Taco Bell… yet also the worst customer service. That’s all.

They’ve offered some of the best service I’ve seen in a small town fast food stop. Food was right. Service was quick. Staff was nice.
So I have never written a review before even if I had a bad experience with a place, but went to go get lunch, and they just threw my food in the bag I get people have have long days and it is fast food but maybe do a little better next time.

Love the bacon brekfast crunch wrap but how do you open at 9am for breakfast.... that's almost lunch. Come on now should be 7 at least.

Don’t waste your time or money coming to the kalkaska Taco Bell, I’ve been here a few times since they opened and chances are they are going to smash all your food and/or forgot what you order and just throw something together. Definitely going to make the longer trip to Gaylord or Traverse City because the kalkaska one sucks would’ve left a 0/5 stars but google won’t let you
