Don't even think of stopping here. Everything about the place is disgusting. I could handle the incredibly poor attitude of both of the employees I encountered, but the food i received, after a short wait, wasn't even edible. Where is the owner of this franchise?

The absolutely worst BK I've ever visited. If I should have visited the men's restroom BEFORE ordering...it was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen on a restaurant! This room wasn't just trashed, it had to have taken HOURS!Why hadn't anyone cleaned, you may ask. When I tried to report it the the staff, the counter person just shrugged, giving a "so what" look. I asked for the manager, and was told she was too busy. At that point, I left...one can only imagine what the kitchen was like?IF THE REGIONAL MANAGER IS READING THIS, YOU SHOULD APPALLED WITH THE ATTITUDES OF THE EMPLOYEES!

And (Luis Delabrerra) regional manager of over 5 locations within the entire area of ketwood.My experiences working with these people's problems, goes very deep.They are all mentally un-sound.HATE their jobs and lives. And are all around no-good. Criminals that use each- other and themselves for profit and gain.They have icy-cold Pitts for hearts. And have real conversations about, how you must give your soul too work here. (NOT A JOKE.)My best advice too the general public who are either starting out or struggling.ANYTHING IS BETTER THAN GIVING YOUR SOUL TO THIS COMPANY.Other jobs exist!!! that will keep their promises and collectively accrue you too both of your satisfactions. I ordered a double meat whopper with cheese and bacon meal and the meant was burnt along with the bacon.I called them a d told them about the burnt meat and bacon. The chick said they have a problem with the Broiler and there was nothing she could do about it. But she did tell me I can come back and get my order replaced, I told her I would but another day and she told me it had to be the same day. I told her why would I come back today if there is a problem with the Broiler and yall give me some more burnt me. I asked her to give me the number to cooperate and she said it's a franchise and that the number was on the reciept....I'm sooooo done with that place!

Apparently the manager doesn't read the reviews. The place was dirty, no ice, and my chicken sandwich was over cooked. Was out of town so don't have to worry about going back.
