The waitresses that waited on us were AWESOME... Food was standard diner grub, but we were blessed to be seated by a large family group, which we immediately blended with. All in all, it was a great time. MORE than a dining experience....

We enjoyed a very pleasant breakfast meal at the Kentwood Location on 28th St near East Paris. Our server David was extremely friendly and attentive. We didn’t wait long for our food to arrive and everything was hot and delicious! It was not noisy in there so we were able to visit easily w everyone in our party. David even offered our drinks“to go” when we were ready to leave! It was very nice to have such an enjoyable, affordable experience at a sit-down restaurant.

The service was poor from the time my wife and I walked in and got seated. The food was okay nothing really special and wasn't worth the price. I will say the host was okay, seated us and got our drinks but the server definitely needs some improvement and wasn't really busy either when my wife and I came in. Definitely would not recommend this place and my wife and I won't come back.

Although very busy, we always get excellent service from all of the staff. Mama T/Tammy is one of the hardest workers I’ve seen! She is dedicated to the work of serving people and takes pride in pleasing the customers. She always has a smile and a kind word. We have also received excellent service from Brittney and David and the sweet Hispanic woman (I wish I knew her name) who pitches in at every level to be sure the customers are taken care of. We’re glad you’re recouping from the pandemic. Thanks to employees like these and other employees such as the cooks who gave 130% to hold this restaurant together!

2 of the employees are wonderful. but the management seems to be a little sub par. all of the lights were on and the door was unlocked and my boyfriend and i stood in the lobby for 10 mins before the manager came and looked at US like WE were the stupid ones and said in a very rude tone "uhhh im not open right now i don't have any staff?". okay then lock the door and turn the lights off. ? dont look at me like im the stupid one for assuming that a DENNYS would be open
