I was just enjoying my food but then a rude employee came up to me and disturbed me in the middle of my lunch saying what was wrong with it and I said everything was fine and also they played profane music inside and I am never coming there again. ?

I ordered a vanilla iced coffee and a shamrock flurry. The iced coffee looked like mud water and was basically vanilla syrup and water. The flurry was a cup of ice cream with oreos and mint syrup sprinkled on top. I asked for extra orders, mint syrup and whipped cream and got neither. Not sure if the people were training or what.

I don’t know maybe it’s me or when they see my name I literally go to McDs for two things nuggets or a Ice caramel macchiato and seems like after I pay the machine is down for cleaning “” I work 3shift normally stop there around 8 yesterday I did a 12h so I stopped by around 6 thinking and hoping I could get my coffee. After I paid and waited get to pick up window this person gone tell me it was down for “”cleaning and gave me a “”ice coffee. Tasted like big cup of nothing thanks for nothing. Ppl work hard for the money and if I had time I would’ve returned and got my money back. Lesson learned. Just won’t return to that location no matter how convenient it is

Service during the week is fast and efficient. Service on the weekend in the drive through is atrocious. If you're in a hurry on Saturday or Sunday, don't bother because you'll be late and your order will be wrong.

Been to this McD’s 3 times now, since starting my new job near there. All 3 times my order was messed up. Customer service isn’t what it should be because everybody I’ve had contact with acts like they hate their job. The drive thru guy got irritated when I asked him to speak up, had to wait in a spot for my food that consisted of cold fries and a burger that was put together pretty sloppily. Asked for slivered onion n had 3 tiny little onions on it, heavy pickle consisted of only ONE pickle, and the buns were flat, so u know it has been sitting for QUITE a while. Only thing that came out correctly was my sweet tea!??

Terrible service, everyone working was lazy, and unprofessional. it wasn’t busy at all but apparently me and my family wasn’t wanted in there. I asked for ketchup and the guy just turned around and pointed at where it was so I got it myself. When ordering the guy wanted us to use the screen kiosk, even though there was nobody else in line, so it it took a while for them to take our order or even say hi. Absolutely terrible. We just arrived from the airport, I guess I should have waited until I got to Wyoming or Grandville

First and foremost, girl was rude at drive thru,..get to first window..it took a worker 6 mins im waited for her to get her register ready, when I say something. She rolled her eyes I told me " I'm getting my register ready..i should have drove away...get to sec window and my food was cold. Which I only get fries. McDonald's food is not the same.. and when I try to tell the young lady..she turns around and she also rolls hers eyes.. and barks at me "l'm getting you fresh fries.". As she give me the fries..i try to give the first ones she gives me..and she tells me..oh you can keep those..what the heck am I going to do with cold fries.. came home and throw them under my tree for the birds..??.. will definitely not ever go there again.. and when I told my cousin which lives up the street from his local McDonald's..he said he never goes there it always ends up in an argument.. McDonald's employees must do better.. I don't know if you do not understand customer service is supposed to be with a smile..? but I'm trying to stop eating McDonald's anyway. ???

This is literally the rudest store I think I’ve ever been to. I used the mobile app, and sat at the back window for five minutes before somebody came to the window to tell me they didn’t know how to process it And my order is probably just sitting at the front window. I pulled ahead retrieved my order and before I could say three words the window just shut. That’s it. So, OK, thank you have a great night then. service with a smile is truly dead.
