A friend and I went to this location after work, which was a little bit before midnight, and once we got to the speaker, the guys told us their “ordering system was down” and that they were only taking mobile orders and doordash orders. So my friend and I order through the mobile app, get our food and park in a lot. Literally the worst McDonald's in the city of Grand Rapids had a mobile order for Connor pickup went to pick up lobby was closed call over over and over about 20 times no answer so I guess I don't get my food or money back. Highly recommend going somewhere else this place is garbage.

We used drive-thru abdwe received the correct food although the McDoubles had ketchup and pickle only. Who orders like this, not us. We will not be back. There is one other store that is worse around. I should've stayed in line at the Cascade McDonald's.
