The portions are great and the flavor is always consistent.We always get their eggrolls (#1) and their gyoza before getting what ever style pho we want and it's always on point. (The sauces compliment the apps very well too ?) I love their house special with the tripe, tendon, meatballs and whatever else. All time favorite place and the owner is so friendly and helpful ?

Probably some of the best pho broth I've had - very beefy & rich but clean in its flavor. Lots of meat (as you can see in the pic). Ingredients were nice and fresh. Seriously though, some of the best Pho I've had in a long time. The spring roll also, very fresh & tasty (shrimp was so good). The sauce they have for the spring rolls was different than what I've had before (less emphasis on peanut flavor) and had a good kick ( )...I ended up throwing a little of it in my Pho. Friendly staff and quick turnaround. Heads up close to noon on a Sunday, good luck finding a place to park. I ended up having to go for street parking. Very popular location (Asian market, Chinese restaurant, etc all in one building). Definitely would recommend this place (& will be returning...their menu had so many yummy looking things!)

I have been patronizing this hidden gem for almost 10 years now and it is still my all time favorite place to get pho. I would highly recommend the #2 spring rolls and #10 rare beef pho (pictured). The perfect combo for any day but I find it extra satisfying on a cold or rainy/snowy day.

This place is dirty, it kinda stinks, and service is nonchalant.. so you know the food slaps.. I agree with other reviews here, I'm also from California, and had many of pho shops and I can tell you this place brought me back! Had a little groan as I took the first bite of pho. Had the cha gio and omg.. they do an interesting thing where they cube it and fry it again but an instant hit of garlic? Bro.. and the massive bottles of hoisin and sriracha on the side? Classic.. Writing this makes me want to come back tomorrow. I might just do that..

I was totally mistaken by the google reviews that claim this restaurant is a good place to dine in. I might have been unlucky or the people were being way too generous with their reviews on this restaurant.I will be extremely reluctant to revisit this place and would not recommend to anyone due to two reasons.1. Foods were not so good as praised in many reviews. Broth of pho was too sweet and pancakes were too greasy. Overall quality of food was subpar compared to other Vietnamese restaurants in West Michigan.2. Service was terrible. One of the servers (older lady) was rude. She never greeted or communicated with proper manners. She never made an eye contact when taking orders, never said a word even my wife and I said ‘thank you’ multiple times. She was totally ignoring us and made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable for the whole time.Hope this review helps the restaurant to improve.I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Can't say too many good things about the whole experience. As always since. It was my first time here I always go with some traditional items: 1. Fresh spring rolls - 3/5. The rolls were a bit too soggy and the pork had a slight off smell 2. Bun Bo Huế - 2/5. The soup broth did not have the usual beef flavor we were hoping to taste. It was dark and murky and super salty. The pork hock also had a hair and a slight aroma. 3. Crispy fried lo mien w everything - 2/5. The lô miền was fried crispy but there was hardly any mixed vegetables, pork, and 3 small shrimp. Again, the sauce was too dark and super salty as well. We left almost the whole plate untouched. Speed - 4/5. The dishes came out fairly quickly Service - 3/5. The ladies came out on occasion but noticed the wipe downs were cursory. Price - 3/5. Average value for the price. Overall - 2/5. The food could be much better. I'll try other places in the future for comparison.
