Came in from Orlando, decided on Texas Roadhouse because it’s always good. Regret coming here. Was told a 12-25 minute wait and was seated quicker but with no silverware. Bread took about 15 minutes and received it after we asked. Got a side salads and ate. Then pulled out the rest of our silverware and the knife was covered in something. Asked for new silverware after showing the server and she brought over a new set of silverware and asked if we could inspect on prior to her walking away. Implying that this happens often. Silverware was better but still dirty, we told her it was fine and just cleaned it ourselves. She then brought us plates for bread and lifted the first clean plate and under it was a dirty plate. Didn’t see the server for about 5–10 minutes showed her the plate and asked for the manager. The manager walked out hat backwards and not wearing anything to really show he was the manager. He asked how we were and what was wrong. He asked us what was on the silverware and when we said BBQ sauce or something replied “bbq?” Implying we were lying- even though the server saw the dirty silverware/plates. Told us they we can have a refund for everything minus the alcoholic drinks “per state law” which was fine. The only reason for the 2 stars was they didn’t fight us on the refund for the food we didn’t even want (or even have at our table) to eat off their dirty plates at that point and the waitress being super friendly and understanding.

I was told a 10_15 min wait at the door. At 20 minutes we were pulled from that waiting area to a stage 2 waiting area where we stood for 15 more minutes before we left. Staged waiting zones? With the same wait twice? Not amused!

The food is good as you would expect. But I have to shoutout Craig. One of the most attentive and consistent bartenders anywhere.
I have to say this was the best visit at Texas Roadhouse that I've experienced. My waitress was a great hostess who entertained us and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. The food was excellent and prepared to practically perfection. The whole staff was delightful. So worth the experience of eating out.

Waited for 45 minutes and then was informed that they would not seat us as a softball team of 50 walked in.

Sadly we love the food but the last few times we’ve gone, we specifically went for early bird and we had to wait even though there were tons of tables available because of lack of workers ( I’m assuming). After getting our water orders in, it took way longer than it should have to just get water. I really hope they can turn it around soon, or we may quit coming. Hopefully they don’t end up closing, like Outback
