Visited this location for the first time last week. Ended up waiting longer than I should of because they lost my ticket, but they really went above and beyond to make up for it. So no complaints there. Because they lost my ticket my subs did look and feel a bit rushed. They also forgot to put pickles on my husband's subs, but both were still tasty.

Got there 10 mins before close, got two philly cheesteaks. They were not happy, forgot to cook green pepper and onion, the. Forgot the dressing. Dry philly cheesesteaks not worth $29 with tip. I will just stick with the one on m24.

Just received a door dash order from this location and both sandwiches were wrong. We double checked the order it it was ordered correctly. To top it off the sandwiches had 3 times the dressing they normally have making them a mess and the taste was awful. We will not be returning to this location.

By far the BEST Tubby's around. There fresh bread sets them apart from everyone else. I have never been disappointed. Highly recommend!!!

My lunch break is at 8:00 pm they close at 8 I asked them to make my order and I would coke get it just before they close their doors my work is 1.3 miles from their front door they refused. Now I will forever forget that they exist which is sad because they have been great to me up until this point
Only because Taco Bell was closed did I happen to see this place. Brought back memories of 40+ years ago of what great subs they had, specifically the Mushroom, Steak & Cheese.Not only was I greeted promptly, with courtesy or politeness but also a smile by a gentleman whom I presumed to be the owner. I actually paid with cash and he could make change without the help of anything electronic to spell out how much to give back.While waiting I observed some 'regulars' come in and were greeted by name. I like that. When my order was ready he brought it to me and again thanked me for my business.To top everything off, my sandwich was exactly how I remembered it.I will be back and I'm pretty sure he will know my name soon enough.

This was my 1st experience with this location. I called Thursday to place a order for superbowl Sunday. I ordered a party platter and party salad and requested pick up for noon on game day as I knew I had more things to do before people started to arrive for the game. I arrived around 12:15 to be told "here is the party salad but the party platter is not ready it will be a few moments." It didn't take them too long to get the platter made and put together but I order well in advance. With this review hopefully they see it and get on top of their pre-orders.
