I go through the drive-thru and get a large drink with my meal....I get a large cup full to the top of ice with some soda to boot!!.. come on guys, a little less ice ....!

God Forbid I use a coupon! Ordered my food and pulled up to the window to give the Woman who took my order the coupons for my meal. A big bald man opened the window and gave me the total, when I said I had coupons he scoffed and said then he had to re-do the entire process. He handed me my food and drinks stiff-armed and told me to “enjoy my snack”.Maybe if customer service isn’t your thing..don’t be in it, guy. Already been submitted to Arby’s comment form and website.

Drive Thru Staff was really friendly and professional.
Arbys used to be really good. It was expensive but you got good portion sizes for the money. I've found that lately, this Arby's especially has made some interesting choices. They've switched out their normal slider buns for Hawaiian rolls, which in my opinion ruin the whole experience. Drinks used to be the biggest around, but now I'm paying $3 for a "medium" and get around 4 ozs due to the ice. Get your meat together, because this place is absolute garbage now.
Always down for for that #2 Roast Beef combo. Great food always fast service. Thank You.

Went in to eat, stopped by the bathroom first and it was absolutely disgusting and looks like it's been that way a while. When I came out I noticed the entire restaurant looks the same so I can only imagine how the kitchen looks..

They don't listen or pay attention. Went a few days in a row for dinner before work and every single night i had to wait 15 minutes for my food while they walk around screwing around. And then the food was wrong and cold.
