I ordered a vegan burger and a berry berry bowl. Oh my goodness, it was so magnificent. My burger came with a spear pickle which was delish and some natural potatoes chips. The bowl was absolutely impressive, it was a large portion as well. Bravo to this place!!

I enjoyed shopping at Better Health, I love the salad Bar and deli and organic produce and nuts , they offer a wide variety of merchandise , such as cereals, Health and beauty products, frozen food organic meat, vitamins, and candies and healthy snacks, the staff is very friendly and helpful, looking forward to returning soon. ?

Review is specifically for the West Lansing location. It's like they go out of their way to hire mean girls that like to huddle away from customers while they make small talk and contorted faces while customers are left with no assistance on the floor. They will not break away from themselves to assist a customer and seem to resent any attempt to interrupt their small talk for customer assistance. I attempted to write to management via website to the same response: crickets. This place sucks, take your hard earned money elsewhere!

One thing I can say about the café, it’s awesome. They’re hot bar all their food doesn’t have engine lubricant in it. It has extra-virgin olive oil!If you go to Whole Foods, their hot bar is riddled with seed oils which ruins all their food. At least I’m not gonna eat it. Thank you better health Café for keeping it healthy!

I would appreciate the products being in the store and on the shelves when I go into the store to buy them. Especially if there is a sale going on. It would also help if the people who work in the store know there is a sale going on. I went to Frandor for Alpha Lipoic Acid. None in Frandor. No sale sign. Even when not on sale, supply is always limited at this store. They called West Lansing store. They have it, set it aside. I drove 19 miles out of my way to get it. Got there, they don't have it. They do have sale sign up. Not in computer, good thin I took coupons with me.

Came in for my first time and was ignored several times by staff member Brian when trying to check out with a cart full of groceries. Brian ignored me to help individuals behind me not once but twice blantly after being vocal. Gladly taking my money else where.

The new store manager Justin I believe went out of his way to ensure the lunch that I purchased from the Cafe was prepared correctly. The cashier Nick I believe was super kind, gave a great recommendation on candy and even helped me carry my bags. People can make or break any business and these employees definitely helped create a much better experience to keep me as a customer!

Went in today to purchase the black seed oil. Seen a brand marked down in slotted location on the shelf. Was later told that it was the wrong slot and price should have been located a few spots down. But there wasn't any open slots or double placement of the product. But the manager grabbed the tag to remove the current labled product and price location. And wanted me to pay double the price marked. I Won't purchase a item thats overpriced but is the regular price of a top brand on Amazon.
