I’m a truck driver and I’ve been drooling over the billboard for the better part of two years, we were coming through Lansing and decided to stop, so glad we did. Very good food, friendly service. Everything was fresh and as great as I’d hoped, we’ll be back as much as we can.
The food is 5 ⭐️ to me. My problem with it is never knowing when it’s okay to order for a delivery or even to go pickup. I don’t know if it’s the same at all locations but I’ve driven to locations that were supposed to be open and they weren’t, ordered with Doordash and had major problems. Do they just do whatever they want with no oversight? Maintaining hours of service is a big deal especially for a smaller local restaurant chain. I don’t know. I still love the...read full review

Big John Steak & Onion has the best cheese steak hoagies in town, arguably, in the State of Michigan. I had the full sized cheese steak, with extra steak meat ($16), and wasn't disappointed at all. Well worth every dollar spent. Like their commercials say; "Big John Steak & Onion, that's what I'm talking about".
