Slowest and most ineffective Biggby I've ever visited. 20 minutes for one coffee and then it was iced when I ordered hot. I asked for hot and they remade it but it still wasn't what I ordered.

Vegan options! Ordered the Vegan Bagel. It was rolled out back in 2021 and is available at select locations. It's made of plant-based sausage and vegan cheese. Also, most of its bagel selection is vegan-friendly. ? I appreciate that Biggby offers a fully vegan version of the food items it's known for.

The ONLY reason that I'm giving this Biggby's Coffee location 2 stars is because I love their coffee. But, once again, a restaurant/coffee shop that prioritizes their drive-thru line before their in-store customers. My party and I were waiting at the cash register to order our coffee for at least 15 minutes before a barista even took our order. In the meantime, multiple cars had pulled up to the drive-thru and every. single. one. of them had their order taken and provided to them before they took our order. So then we moved to the pick up area. Another 15+ minutes went by before we FINALLY got our coffee. The barista was literally making one coffee at a time rather than multi-tasking. Would not even move until the one coffee was completed. Meanwhile, more and more vehicles were pulling up to the drive-thru AND GETTING THEIR ORDERS before us! A wasted 30+ minutes at this store that needs serious renovations and additional staff.

Only one person in the building that doesn’t know how to make drinks. Hire more experienced or shut it down.

I always choose Biggby and am a long-time customer. And I always get the same drink. Today, I ordered that same drink in the drive through. The barista taking my order was very friendly. She handed me my drink, and it was iced, but I didn't order iced. But I figured since it was a nice day, I wouldn't make a deal of it. So I let it go. I like iced sometimes anyway. Then I figured I should taste it just to make sure it's the right drink. So I pulled forward, tasted it, and *immediately* could tell that it did not have any sweetener in it. So I concluded that it was the incorrect drink. It was also smaller than I thought it should be, but wasn't sure, so I didn't say anything when I went in. When I went in to let them know that it was the incorrect drink (in a friendly, simple-mistake kind of way), I was treated with more rudeness than I ever have before in my life by the barista (not the same woman who took my order in the drive-through). I was beside myself. The barista was insistent that she made my drink correctly, and doubled down the entire time. We went back-and-forth until the new drink was completed. Every time I told her that there was no sweetener in my original drink, she insisted that she put several pumps in. I suggested she taste it, because there was NO sweetener in it. She threw it in the garbage and said "no thanks, I don't like vanilla" in an extremely condescending tone. She was degrading and demeaning. She refused to acknowledge that she may have made a mistake, because she makes drinks "all day long." The temperature, type, and size of my beverage was all incorrect, but she treated me as if I was making it all up. I will not be going back to this location. I told her that I could not believe she would treat a customer like this, and that I would be contacting Biggby with my feedback. She told me to go ahead and do that because she receives "100 positive reviews every day." This woman was out to lunch. I was flabbergasted and it just about ruined my day. That's why customer service is so, so important.

Everyone who works here is so kind and even when there’s a line it’s super fast!! The store inside is also spacious and has a ton of seating. It’s a nice underrated place to study.I don’t think I can even recommend any specific drink bc there are so many options. But I can recommend Bigby over other big name coffee brands !!

Almost always have to ask for my drink to be chopped more than once. I worked for biggby for years and chopping should be a beginner skill. No one likes to pull over, take the lid off, and use a random tool to chop their iced coffee EVERY TIME.

Tara Parr

They were fast, and my drink was mixed, which doesn’t always happen at coffee shops so I was happy
