One of my boys found Biggby coupons in our local mailer, so we made our way downtown on a day off from school. Only 1 coupon can be used at a time so we paid separately, but that was an opportunity for him to use cash and get change. He tried the Teddy Bear without espresso and I had a matcha. Also, the turkey havarti Bragel was delicious!

Love Biggby, always have. This one is no exception. Great servers, decent pace, my drink was exactly as ordered, and it's very convenient for needing to be downtown at the Capitol Plaza buildings for business.

Two of the biggest morons in the world working here. All we did was order two coffees. We waited for over twenty minutes. One of the girls couldn't remember if we paid or not, and then we got a completely different order. Don't go here if you want to grab a quick coffee. You will be here the entirety of your morning.

I love going to this specific location. Every worker/staff is nice and has a smile on their faces when I walk in. I go in towards the evening so I am always greeted by Justin. He is an amazing and compassionate person who genuinely loves his job, and always serves the best coffee. I’ll forever go here. Already drank half before I got to work lol.

To Kimberly Magruder, or should I say Karen, you are the worst kind of person to deal with in customer service. The customer is NOT always right, if they were, the business would tank in months. The date on the coupon is there FOR A REASON, and no, you should not have it honored just because you feel entitled to it. These people don’t get paid enough to deal with people like you. Know your place.

By far the best Biggby in the mid-mich area. Staff is super friendly and are helpful explaining drinks you may want to try. This one of the only Biggbys I go to.

The latte was burned and really bad. The stuff does not know how to properly pour or steam the milk. There needs to be some kind of training. To top off the visit the staff was so rude. The over all experiences was very unpleasant. If your going to charge $4 for latte then learn how to make one the right way.
