Service was amazing they made me the best Bloody Mary I’ve had in a long time I asked if they could make me a homemade one and it was so wonderful. The only thing I have to say that wasn’t great was the food I ordered (the mushroom pasta) made me really sick. Maybe the cream in it went bad which can happen. Other than that everything was amazing and we loved the server and I really enjoyed my drink.(:

My wife and I have enjoyed Bordeaux many times prior to choosing to dine here for Valentines day. Unfortunately, the Valentines day experience was different. The menu was very restricted and unfortunately this was not communicated well in advance. I did go to the website to check their menu the days before the dinner and it was "under construction." My wife is a vegetarian and I have a diet that strictly prohibits some food so this limited menu left us with next to no options. The prices on this restricted menu were also what we would expect to pay at a top-tier restaurant. I am not trying to be rude when I suggest that Bordeaux is not a top-tier restaurant at this point. The staff also seemed to be new and a tad out of sorts, the service experience reflected this. We will go back to Bordeaux but this experience on Valentines day seemed like Bordeaux was charging for a dinning experience that they were not providing to their customers.

Great Restaurant!!! The food was Not bland Hotel food. Everything was delicious. You must order the truffled tater tots ! They’re ridiculous - so good I ordered another. They’re served hot and crispy, fantastic. The tater tots paired perfectly with one of the best Old Fashions I’ve had in any bar. A little spicy and not watered down. Nice complex flavor. I ordered the mixed spring greens salad with strawberries, blueberries & feta. I added grilled chicken - it was delicious too. I highly recommend this restaurant. It’s wonderful to have such a great restaurant in the hotel !!! My server was fantastic too- he did a great job !!!

Our first time there, and our last. When we arrived at the restaurant no one greeted us and the bar had been taken over by guests of a hotel event, where they kept loudly announcing their group's itinerary to the entire restaurant, over and over. I had put in my reservation request that it was our anniversary and I would like a quiet seat that was not near traffic. So we were sat next to the exit. Awesome. Drinks were proper, the pork and fig flatbread was the highlight of the meal. My husband ordered a ribeye, and got what seemed to be a skirt steak. My filet mignon was ordered medium rare, but it was raw. Neither had any seasoning and really was a disgrace to the animal. Another table asked about a cut of beef and neither the waiter or the chef knew anything about the meat they were cooking and serving. Shameful.

I stay at the Crowne several times a year for work. The food never disappoints. Excellent burger! The steak is delicious as well. I absolutely love their fries. The service is top notch and the ambiance of a relaxing but professional.

Food only so-so. Pricey for what you got. Sides did not complement mains. Asparagus was cold and stringy. Corn and poblanos was cold, roasted Yukons were mashed . First clue should have empty dining room on a Saturday night. Only 10 people and we were 6 of them. One star only because we could easily converse, no loud music or other customers. Not at all comparable to what it was in the past.

I had heard rumblings of Bordeaux, but had never visited. We decided it would be a nice dinner prior to tickets at Wharton. (15 minute straight shot down the highway if anyone is wondering) I was fairly surprised to walk in and only see one 2 top in the bar area. We had the entire dining room to ourselves to start. Our server was managing the bar and also covering tables. He did an excellent job! We started with the brussels sprouts, which were amazing. My daughters split the goat cheese gnocchi and loved it, and I had the grilled cheese. This was a grown up grilled cheese with sliced apples and Gruyere and it was tasty! I upgraded to the truffle tots instead of home made chips. For dessert the kids had a chocolate torte and I had the espresso martini. A few other tables trickled in while we ate but I was surprised by how quiet it was for a Friday night. The food and service were excellent, and I would highly recommend that you check it out!

Nastiest food that I have ever had. The salad was wilted and steak was dry. The only good thing about this place was my coke. Came here for business dinner and told my team to never come back to this restaurant or host an event at this hotel. They need to do something with this restaurant. So unfortunate.

Ate at the Bordeaux while my stay for a few nights. When we arrived, we decided to not travel anywhere & chose the restaurant in our hotel Crowne Plaza Lansing West. I had the Cuban sandwich with chips. It was good. My friend had the pork chop & said it was ok. People gathered at the doorway near the bar as we were trying to exit. Would I eat there again for another night stay? No much better places in Lansing to eat.

Conveniently Located inside the Crowne plaza hotel in Lansing. Food was delicious. We order the steak bowl, create your own omelette, and the create your own mimosa which was really unique. They provided small bottles of champagne and you were able to customize with all the different juices at the juice bar. It was only $12 and you could get 3 mimosa out the bottle of champagne.

Was there for my moms 96th bday. Food was very good and service was good as well. I didn't ask for a special room, but was placed there which was a nice service.

I am in town visiting for a work trip this week. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger to-go, with the house chips. The food was very good; great flavor, served hot, and a large portion. Ben, the bartender, did my order and provided excellent service. The other bartender Joe was great as well and grabbed some extra sauces for me. I will definitely eat here again on my next trip here.
