Loved the atmosphere. I ordered the Miso-Salmon with Jasmine Rice and brussel sprouts. It was the best meal I've had in a long time. Cooked to perfection. They have a large selection on tap, and the restaurant was clean. Service was impeccable.

Dined in Monday with some of my girls.. the food and service was excellent. We had our Josh. He totally did an excellent job. So pleasant, prompt and helpful. Personally over flow outstanding.

Ate here because my mom wanted a burger. She was happy with her meal, but the rest of us were more lukewarm to ours - my dad and I both got the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, extra hot. Considering they took the time to ask us how spicy we wanted it, I expected to taste some spice, but overall I found the chicken bland and very oily. The creamy blue cheese sauce on the side was pretty good, but that's where most of the flavor came from. The chicken itself was juicy and well-cooked, and entirely too large for a sandwich, but considering the cost ($16), I think it was a reasonable portion (though if it were me, I'd charge less and make the portion smaller and more flavorful). The coleslaw I had on the side had a lot of sauce, but it didn't have a lot of flavor, either. I don't like sweet coleslaw, so in some ways I liked it better than other places, but I would've preferred *something*.The service was good, and I liked the classic sports bar style of the restaurant. The music was far too loud (but I think we were under a speaker, so that might not be true for the whole place), and we could barely hear each other talk. The men's restroom was clean, but definitely not accessible - I'm pretty small and I felt like it was too small to move comfortably in it, and I think someone would have a hard time in it if they had a walker or a wheelchair.

Tried the new double burger bacon cheese sandwich. Disappointed. Smashed Pattie's were very thin to point it was crumbly like taco meat. Didn't realize there was a center slice of bread way too much bread and not enough burger, especially for the price. Description sounded flavorful but it was underwhelming and disappointing. Will not ever order again. The waygu bourbon burger had much more meat and companion said it was tasty. I learned my lesson.

Sat at the bar. Good food, good service. Had the South of the Burger and would definitely recommend. Overall experience very positive.

I’m not sure who the chef is at the Preyde Blvd location but they’re getting VERY stingy with the amount boneless chicken and fries; the quality of food as of late has TREMENDOUSLY downgraded and it’s upsetting. My wife and I used to love eating at Champps and it was our go-to spot; Even just a year ago the price for chicken was amazing, the quality of the food, AND we got very generous portions considering the price, it was a great deal. I just ordered boneless chicken for my wife again and there is only 5 boneless chicken bites and the waffle fries are VERY stale on top of there being very few; It costed $20!! I wish I checked the food before leaving because I would’ve at least been able to get some justice and got my money back. It’s very disappointing and I just hope that they will upgrade their service like how it used to be.

We reserved a table to watch the MSU basketball game which happened to be at noon on St Paddy's day. The crowd was fun and once we got our beer (45 min wait) and food (1 1/2 hour wait after seating) we were happy. The staff was working hard in the kitchen, behind the bar and out on the service floor. We had fun but if we had been in a hurry, I think we would have been disappointed. It was fun to be in a lively place to watch the Spartans get a win! This is fun place to spend “game day”

We went 20 years ago & had the super amazing Mile High Ice Cream Pie on our honeymoon.. we have been going back ever since. The food is great but the Ice Cream Pie is beyond AMAZING!!!! We will keep going back for it as many times as our waistline can stand it!! You really need to try it.

Here on Valentines Day and one bartender working the bar to serve guests at the rail along with customers at tables. So ridiculous - will not come back.

We met with family members from southern and north Michigan and Indiana at Champs. Waitress was nuce and friendly. Seems this may have been her first waitress position or feeling over whelmed. The food was good once we received the correct order. Ordered hamburg received cheese burger with lettuce and tomato. Ordered a salad and did not receive the salad. Ordered soup and a side but did not receive side dish. Ordered steak well done received medium rare steak. Took a very long time to receive dessert. Saw waitress set a dessert on a dirty table before serving it to a customer, cross contamination. Waitress did not visit our table, of 12 people, until we got her attention. I have been here many times and this is the worse visit.

There were 6 in our party and of the meals we ordered, 4 had issues. The salads were missing avocado (not a big deal). The fries were cold, literally cold (they brought hot fries out the second time). The nachos were burned and had to be re-made. The restaurant was nearly empty, so we were shocked at how bad the kitchen did. The waiter was apologetic and very kind.

Reservations were in place to have dinner with my friends. It wasn’t busy at the time we went, but it took about 30 mins for our drinks. Once we finally got our drinks, we went to order, and I asked for something not to be included in my food. When I got my food, I was cold, and they included what I said not to. The food was remade, and the food was warm, but they still included what I asked not to put in my food (they tried to hide it at the bottom). I did not feel like complaining again, so I had to pick it out of my food. Even though we had a bad experience, I did think our dessert was delicious. And also, our waitress did a good job checking on us.

On my last visit to Champps i had a great experience. Most of the time I have good experience there. I order the Chicken Marsala and it was extra good on this visit. I did a customer pick up and the food was ready on time and was warm. Staff was friendly and had no issue linking my order to my rewards account. Thanks so much
