They are very rude there when I asked to get vinaigrette sauce, they were extremely hostile towards me wouldn’t serve me. I have a newborn baby and a two-year-old and the backseat of my car and told me to get out of my car and come in to buy it. I wasn’t allowed to have it and wouldn’t let me even buy it through the drive through window

I'm so tired of coming to this location and they are always out of everything! It could be mid day or 7pm and they're completely out of main ingredients.Prep isn't being done in the morning and the manager doesn't care.The staff is annoyed when they have guests and make you feel like it's an inconvenience for them to make your food. Corporate needs to be involved. New store and it's gone downhill. Hate to be this person but yall are lacking.

I ordered a sofrito bowl and sofrito burrito and it was terrible. The young man literally scraped the brown rice out of the pan . Instead of refilling the rice and beans they did my bowl and burrito. I keep giving Chipotle a try and get let down.

Food was okay. Service was disappointing. They said they were all out of cheese for my burrito so I said do you have queso cheese and they said yes so I said that would be fine. When I went to pay the cashier charged me an extra 1.50$ for queso. I told him if your out of regular cheese you sub queso as an accommodation. He said no I had to pay extra for queso. I told him that is bad business when they ran out of a normal item that comes on the burritos. Told him it would be the last time I eat there. Haven't been back since.

This place is a joke. I ordered online, confirmed everything was right. I got there waited 20 mins in line, got to the windows for them to tell me that they hadn't made my order yet. The made my items, I get home and one of my bowls is missing the meat I ordered with it. Called chipolte, sent to a bot and given 1 free meal and no other option. I will never go here again.I did reach out as I said above. Incompetent!

These workers put both me and my boyfriend's burritos together like no joke, made both of them and wrapped them together making one massive burrito... And to top it off I got two dried up tortillas instead of a cheese quesadilla for my toddler. When we went there to get our order fixed the guy working there walked off after we told him and explained in detail what was wrong. Just not a good experience at all even after they "fixed things" they still almost messed up again and didn't give my bf his extra portion (which was paid for). We won't be coming here again.

I get takeout every Monday. It's my favorite food! Although, they do make some mistakes in orders occasionally. And every once in a while they are out of like forks or something. I love the food!Parking: The restaurant is located in a corner plaza with plenty of parking.

Long time Chipotle fan, but after the years it certainly has settled down into the "it is what it is" form of typical fast food. Employees don't seem to be incentivized sufficiently via pay and benefits to look like they care about the job; food is rushed and rotations of meats are less standardized; overall atmosphere is "less clean" than it used to be. Sort of just feels like McDonalds but more Mexican focused dishes.
