The gentlemen and ladies here are always wonderful to see! I think I e ever only had one seemingly unpleasant experience and that was with a delivery driver who was delivering my free pizza. You could see he had assumed tip would be low to nothing but attitude changed instantly when that was not the case. I don’t hold that against the company but just the individual driver and his need to improve professionally

When ordering lady was rude. Said be there 30 mins was more like 60 mins. When delivered order was wrong said she be back with right order never came back. When called the store that night they would put me on hold and leave me there. Never again will I order from these clowns. Jets jets jets all I can say

It's not really a dine in place, although there are tables. Best pizza in the area by far. Staff is always friendly. Pizza is fast from order to pick up. Slightly larger delivery area would be nice, but it's worth the drive to pick it up.
Really wish I could give zero stars. Ordered food around 12:50PM and NEVER GOT IT. Tried to call the store, they NEVER ANSWERED. This place used to be great but every time I order here, its either super late, wrong, or just never shows up. The few times they do manage to get here and its okay, that's all it is. Okay. Not great, just ok. Not worth the time or the money.

Hands down our favorite pizza shop here in Lansing. For years now we have enjoyed excellent customer service, ACCURATE orders and speedy deliveries. We feel we get a lot of bang for the buck with delicious choices and again from the delivery drivers to the associates at the counter everyone is so polite, friendly and outgoing. Our family always considers a Cottage Inn night a treat! Thanks CI!
