When you enter the left side of the establishment, it has a little section of pantry items available for purchase, including their crack chicken seasoning mix. There are a few seats while you wait for an order and a little cooler with beverages for purchase. To the right, you will find the counter where you order. They have on display a large variety of individually wrapped cakes and desserts. The staff is not friendly. I did have to wait 15 minutes for 5 wings and fries. I do appreciate the freshness of the food, though. The crack seasoning they use is pretty good. It has a lemony flavor. The chicken was very crispy, and fries were good too. I would definitely get take out here again and just plan to have a longer wait than a fast food restaurant. Plenty of parking is available in their lot.

Ive heard so much about this place and decided to give it a try... prices are fair. Service was average. Food was hyped and did not follow what people claim it to be... i ordered extra crispy chciken and it was barely crispy at all. And was average on flavor, tasted like something i fook at home. The french fries were great! And the fried pickles were "amazing"... however i reccomend STAY AWAY from desert there... i got peach cobbler and it was brown peaches that tasted awful, and had the constancy of water.

The food was the best part. No place to eat inside and no drive-thru...The chicken was good, but not any better than other chicken places. The prices were a little on the expensive side for fast food (1.50 extra for the sauce). The employees were excellent and attentive.
It's valentines day so we decided to order in. When I got the order it was cold and was missing items! I ordered 2 Mac salad, 2 coleslaw, and 2 German chocolate cakes. I received 1 of each!! I don't have a car so I can't just go and get the items missing in which in all actuality I shouldn't have to go get the missing items cuz I ordered delivery! Manager was very rude also so I figured I would leave a review to show how ridiculous this is!! You have 1 job!! Get your orders correctly!! Put your glasses on or something!! There is literally no care in the world for these workers nowadays!! Work ethics has gone out the door!! Don't relax at home and order delivery from this place cuz you will not get everything!!

This was the worst food ever. There was so much salt on it to be inedible. I could even see the salt on the chicken. Maybe this was a joke but I will never try it again. Whenever I drive by the place I shudder.
