The food is good, there's a good variety of choices, and the workers are always very nice. However it doesn't seem to be run very well. They're always understaffed and slow, and are out of something I want probably 50% of the time. Whoever takes care of scheduling and ordering doesn't do a very good job.

Their smoothies are delicious, as is their hazelnut mocha. I wish soy milk wasn't an extra 50 cents. Their bagel sandwiches are good as well, and their regular bagels come with a lot of shmear! One thing I dislike is that general coupons (like the ones received via email) are not applicable at University campus locations.

Great food, high prices BUT last time I ordered a coffee, the worker gave me a discount since I wasn't sure if i'd like the coffee. Not sure if thats aloud, BUT thats the reason I changed my mind about going to Einstein Bagels.
