Waited over a half hour for our food. Only got our food because I went up to the front twice. Made us late to an event we were going to. Didn’t give us a refund even though they offered one. We’ve gone here for years, won’t be back anytime soon.

As a fellow restaurant worker the chicken carbonara was a solid 8/10 I worked in fine dining and this pretty close with the substitutions. The meat was well seasoned, there was enough broccoli and bacon wasn't skimpy at all. The bread sticks caught me by surprise they were awesome! Pizza was good didn't have expectations but I was also hot, nothing was cold and the staff were friendly. They always checked on the guests when they came to the lobby, every had a positive attitude.First time customer, see you again....

Only got half of my meall. No bread sticks. Only reason I used to go there! Jessica the manager said unfortunately it doesn't matter. Thanks so much! FR I only wanted my bread sticks Jessica. Seems like you might have eaten my bread Jessica. Fazolis is overpriced pasta and NO BREADSTIX. Out of the ten that I ordered, Jessica managed to give me three hard overcooked breadstix. Thanks for sharing Jessica

These people are a joke!They told me I would get unlimited bread sticks with my meal,when I dined in.So I did.Guess how many bread sticks I really got.Only 2.!Far from unlimited!And their spaghetti isn't spaghetti.It's disgusting!Horrible place to eat at or from!Would not recommend it.

Hi! I ordered six party pans of differing dishes from Fazolis for my 70th birthday party on March 10. The delivery was on time, well presented, and still hot. The food got rave reviews from the guests (120). I would recommend this option to all who are looking for a large party gathering. Jim was so patient and helpful with helping me choose which dishes, and also assured me that one would be gluten free for several guests. I am more than pleased!!Vegetarian options: Any pasta with marinara. It's a go-toDietary restrictions: All pasta dishes can be made with gluten free noodles

1 place that still has reasonable prices, unlimited breadsticks is quiet and clean and they have a guy at the front Jim everybody says goodbye to that's obviously a very big asset!
