I’ve never seen them out of gluten-free buns and I’ve seen them change gloves for me (even if they can’t promise a pure gluten-free experience). My go to is the Italian and it fills me for the entire day. Never had a disappointing sandwich from here. Workers are giving it their all and very welcoming when I was in. Some days recently they have been app only orders, but it’s still a nice way to get rewards.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free Udi bun. Cross contamination happens, but the Italian it gluten free, as well as hook n ladder, and cheesesteak. I haven’t tried any others, but I know the meatball is not

I just got my food and the guys behind the counter were friendly, quick, and just around awesome. The girl that was sweeping was rather unpleasant. She was having an attitude with what I assume is the manager. It appeared she was asked to sweep the floors as they were dirty. "Fine! I guess I just won't have a break then! I guess I just don't deserve it!" And other comments along the lines of "doing what she wants". I don't know the full story obviously but I can say that as a customer with a background in customer service, her behavior and language was unnecessary and looks bad. Not only that but it seems her bad mood affected her cleaning ability as she can't sweep for anything. The place was still a mess. Not sure who she was but she wore her hat backwards and wore a shirt that said "stay 200 feet away". She doesn't really add to the welcoming atmosphere that a business wants. Just my opinion.

Love the cheddar-brisket sandwich and always make it a combo. Started going to Firehouse subs on 28th Street in Grand Rapids but this one is a lot closer.

Cookies are over cooked but the subs r really good the employee with the red hair is super cute and nice so thats a plus but doesnt make up for the over cooked cookies…12/18/23 update - went back and the cookies were a little better but still really hard and overcooked :/ sub was great 10/10

Went in for Tmobile Tuesday promo. Waited 30-45 minutes for my sub. The sandwich was basic (hook & ladder). I would not choose to go on my own. Promo helped people be introduced, but service will turn them off. Prepared better for high
Steak on my sandwich was cold, cheese wasn’t melted, employees were unfriendly and everything about the restaurant was dirty. Save your time and money and eat elsewhere.

food was fine but the guy with green hair at the register was not friendly nor nice he probably shouldn't be working the register so he doesn't have to talk to people instead of being rude besides that other staff were fine just not impressed with how he acted
