I have loved Jersey Giant subs since I was in college over 20 years ago. I have passed that love on to my daughter and husband. So while in Lansing yesterday for a soccer tournament we'd decided to get Jersey Giant subs for dinner after our daughter's last game. The game ended later than we expected and unfortunately the location closest to our soccer venue had closed. We arrived at this store about 15 minutes before they closed. When we got there the staff was busily cleaning and performing their nighttime closing routine. At some places we would have been greeted with an eye roll because we arrived so close to closing but here we were greeted with smiles and excellent customer service. Both workers were friendly and helpful. They both said it had been a very long day but they were very willing to do their jobs and we had some of the best customer service at any sub shop since before COVID. I will always recommend a jersey giant sub, the Jersey Giant is my favorite. I would now highly recommend this location specifically because of the excellent experience we had there last night. Customer service is not dead!

There was only one worker at the time and she was amazing.
They act like they’re making those sandwiches for themselves or you getting the food for free.. they go very light on everything..(Very slow workers)

Didn’t feel like the drive to East Lansing. HUGE MISTAKE. All 3 subs were VERY light on the meat & one sub wasn’t put together when we unwrapped it! $48 for this. So so glad I didn’t leave a tip! Never going there again. NEVER!!!

My sub was great! The only complaint I have is that ordering to go took at least 25 minutes of waiting in line. Order after order was completed for door dash. I feel as though the workers should get to pause door dash deliveries at times of busy moments. It’s a lot to handle for them , at least until there’s adequate staff. They handled the busy time very well, just a long wait if you’re on a time crunch.
