The Ladies were meticulous in making the sandwiches even though they were busy they did not cut corners. Their attention to detail with each sandwich for every customer was outstanding putting Jersey Mike's Subs definitely above the rest. Thank you.
Every single time I order from this place my order is wrong, one way or another. I don’t understand how making a sub right, grabbing the right pop and chips can be so complicated but this staff here sure does seem to struggle. Save the annoyance of your food being wrong and just go get Big John’s or Subway.

Ordered my food at 5:30pm, it was supposed to be ready at 5:58. I didn’t get there until 6:12 when I got there one of my steakSubs was done was waiting forThe other 2. There was a lobby full. The lady working made my turkey sub tried to give me my bag I made them aware I was missing a second steak sub. The lady was very aware of this, instead of making my sub she made the SAME SUB I needed for a customer in the line! My order had been put in since 5:30 mind you, AND BY THIS TIME IT WAS 6:40 pm. Never will I return. The big lady working the register was so blame never apologized terribleService!!!!!! Got home and my first steak sub was COMPLETELY COLD, spent $61 NEVER AGAIN

Girl cooking the sandwiches was rude. I wanted a chicken Philly with bacon with thier Chipotle sauce and peppers/onions on half. I order the bacon ranch asked for no ranch and peppers on half the giant. I was told no then she did it. Then I was never asked if I want another dressing option besides ranch as I requested no ranch. Then never provided an option for lettuce or tomato or any other toppings

Ordered an online order for the family with over $45 of subs and used points for a free sub. Waited for 25 minutes for the subs after the promised time only to be told that there was no gluten free bread for two of the subs. Cancelled the order, was told we would be refunded, only to be called later and told there would be no refund because we used points and that they would "put us down for a free sub". So, now I'm out $45 and I might get 1 free sub to make up for it. Make it make sense
