Never order online or call in a delivery at this particular location. Asked for extra everything and get nothing, every time. Don't bother putting special instructions. I hardly leave reviews but this place gets old. (Delivery person was great*) Customer lost

Called to correct a mistake that I had made when giving my address and was treated with nothing but contempt and continuous hang ups. When I finally got someone on the phone long enough to talk to, they said they never got my order and that I was "being a Karen". Never once did they actually ask what my order was or for the name, but were certain that they didn't have it. So not only did they keep lying about not finding my order (even by order number, name, and the card I paid with), but that because it was in my boyfriends name, nothing could be done. After what felt like ripping out finger nails, the manager "fixed" the address on the order but not before berating me for calling more than once for something stupid.They didn't actually fix the address either and had to call us for the correct address because they couldn't find us. If only someone had called to tell them of the mistake before the pizza was made, huh?

Always had good carryout service here, food is always hot and fresh tasting. My opinion about this location is that it needs a total remodel like the st. John's Michigan location, it is very loud in there and kinda run down. My biggest issue is the price / value. There slowly out pricing themselves, the topping portions are a joke for what they charge. I never order nothing here without a coupon or some kind of promotion, look for these before ordering.

I'm not a vegetarian but Jet's vegetarian pizza is the best veggie pizza I've ever had. Delivery was fast and the pizza was hot and fresh. I stop in at Jet's in Frandor quite often and get 2 slices of the deep dish pepperoni pizza and it's always so good. My delivery driver was Patrick and he was so helpful in showing me how to order a pizza on the Internet. It was the first time I did that. I think Jet's pizza is the best pizza Lansing has to offer no matter what type you order.Vegetarian options: All of their pizza is so good.
