So I ordered a 70 plus dollar box for the game and got what was basically a salad between bread. There wasn't enough meat to feed my 10 pound toy poodle. Very disappointing.

Bread was stale and old or very overcooked. It was the thinnest and skimpiest sandwich I've ever gotten from any jimmy johns. The cucumbers were slimy. The order came way late and the tracker said delivered when it wasn't.

I just had my first JJ a couple of days ago as a walk-in at the store located at Lake Lansing and Coolidge and loved it. Plenty of ingredients and fresh bread. I only live 2.8 miles from the downtown store and according to the website they do not deliver to my area, which again, is only 2.8 miles away. 2.8 miles away! and they don’t deliver, everyone else from the downtown area delivers to my area. Very disappointing! But after reading the reviews for that location, it’s a blessing they don’t delver to my area, they seem to be rude, extremely stingy with ingredients and refuse to make any changes (add ons etc .) and have a very low rating. I will just go to the Lake Lansing store when I’m able. What a way to do business.

We arrived in Lansing on a Sunday, lodging near the Capitol and other public buildings. While perhaps we should have suspected, almost every restaurant in the vicinity closed (most traffic likely occurs during the work week). Fortunately, however, Jimmy John's was open (we were grateful). I ordered tuna on wheat bread with Dijon mustard and provolone cheese — yum!
They messed my sub up twice out of 4 visits. They did make it right with me so leaving them 4 stars. Would be 5 but hate scraping stuff off I asked to be removed.

I came in with my partner and when we got up to the register the woman that was taking our order was not very friendly. We proceeded to ask for avocado spread on our slim sandwich (her absolute favorite and regular order for the last 3 years) and she refused. She stated that the slim only had meat and cheese and we couldn’t add anything to it, even for the additional fee. Is this a new policy? We order it at least twice a week without an issue, with a small fee associated to the additional item. It looks like it is easily an option to order online. Her sandwich is really depressing now and not worth the money. Also, since we could not have any add ons, she asked for a kickin ranch. There was a pregnant pause before she agreed to add it. There was a “you better not add this on your sandwich. It is ONLY meat and cheese” expression on her face.If this was her first day we certainly apologize! But really not worth the money!

They don't have a delivery driver? And kept me on hold for 10 minutes to tell me that. It is completely unprofessional to have someone put on hold for 10 minutes to just tell you what they could have said in the first place. If you can't find people to work then you need to be paying them better.

Food is always good and fast here. Today my turkey sandwich seemed really light on Turkey thus only 3 stars. If I get lightened again I would look elsewhere for a $11.84 meal deal with less the an eighth of turkey.
