I ordered a family meal on 3-24-2024 and my 4 sides were Mashed Potatoes, Macaroni & Cheese, Coleslaw and Fries. They didn't give me my fries. I usually always check but I said "Hey, how hard is it to read a ticket and put the food in the bag?" Well here we are and she couldn't even do that correctly.

Usually it's decent, but lately I haven't been getting the employees that usually help me, and it's been awful. Today I waited 20 minutes and got the wrong drink, fries were nasty (my favorite part) and no sauce for my meal. biscuit was rock hard too but I normally don't eat it so I'm not bothered by that. Very sad, because I love KFC, and it's convenient for lunch. but im honestly not sure if it's worth trying again based on the last few experiences.
