Krystal's Kitchen is great! The food is delicious and Krystal is great to work with! We had her cater two work events and all of the employees loved the food. The ribs and mac and cheese were favorites!

I went out with my girlfriend to get lunch, Krystals Kitchen was parked at our apartment complex and I thought "well it can't be that bad if they paid for her to be here". I received undercooked (fat didn't render so it didn't reach barbecue temps) not properly barbecued ribs that were tougher than nails with a side of canned green beans, and Heinz baked beans with onions and jalapeños added. Fifteen dollars down the drain. Food truck interior was a filthy mess. You can't make good food in a messy kitchen. My girlfriend got j*** chicken, baked Mac and cheese, and potato salad. The j*** chicken had a terrible aftertaste, the mac and cheese was over cooked and under seasoned mush, and the potato salad was supermarket quality (she said it tasted just like Kroger brand). Her kid was nice and was polite when ringing us up at least. I will never purchase anything else from here. Edit: Food was served reheated from the microwave

July 2020~It was disgusting!! I threw away everything, couldn't eat it at all...Everything had a black crust on it, which made my hands dirty. Cornbread muffin was hard and yuck. The only thing I actually swallowed was the corn on the cob...The sweet potato pie was a sliver of sweet potato and the rest was crust. Highly disappointed, didn't even want my money back just will never again...My friend got a microwaved polish dog???

We had got something from this food truck had it delivered and it was not good at all I always support businesses but the fish was burnt and spaghetti was very watery I hope they correct it because I'm not sure if I can eat there again sorry

Was there about 4:30 today. For $15 had 4 bone section of ribs, 2 sides and a 12oz pop. The ribs were GREAT! Dry rubbed then smoked...nice outer layer oc "char" that was just shy of crusty. Yes...Krystal took them out of storage where they'd been foil wrapped; cracked them, added a bit of mop sauce and reheated them in a microwave.....the insides were smoked red and still juicy..the mac&cheese side was large, creamy/gooey with cheese and perfect comfort food. The green beans had been simmered with slivered onion and tangy (?touch vinegar) juice and simply wonderful. Treat yourself on your next trip to Menards! I really like good BBQ and this was GOOD BBQ. Don't forget the tip jar cause I'm sure Menards charges $$$ for her to park there. Stay safe / wear your damned mask! Peace / Out.

Food was amazing, potato salad was the best part, if you haven't tasted how potato salad is supposed to taste then go see her, baked Mac n cheese was out of this world, and the pulled pork sandwich was good. But the best part was the potato salad and how nice she was. A lot of people just want to have the bad opinion, my experience was enjoyable, and I will be back to try the J*** wings!

Disappointing, the food looked and tasted old like it had been sitting for days. We wanted to support our local business but when we got our food their were fingerprints on the greasy, oil dripping box, and when we opened the box, it was old, and the meat was very dry. Definitely microwaved. We also ordered a sweet potato pie, and a banana cream pie, it was thrown into the to go box, and very small for the price. Overall would not recommend, I know it's during a bad time but expectations shouldn't be lowered.

I knew things didn't bode well when the bbq sauce was sweet baby rays and the food was microwaved. Needs some serious work. I couldn't finish the food.
