Lansing Catering has become a staple in our office for catering breakfasts and lunches. Edmond is always very quick to respond and easy to work with when picking menu options. Lansing Catering serviced our coporate event for 50 for breakfast and lunch. I gave Edmond a call 2 days in advance of the event to see if they had availability and he quickly got back in touch with me and made it happen! They were incredibly progressional and so wonderful to work with. The food was delicious, and the set up was beautiful - easily the best corporate catering experience I have ever had.
