05/10/23 Do not go to this pizza place!!! This one should be put out of business. 3/21/24 This location has really come a long way. I don’t know what happened but their pizza is 10 times better than it was 10 months ago. Hopefully new management reorganized this location. Definitely recommend them now

If 0 stars was a option they get that they never answer the phone they always claim there busy but majority of the employees are just standing around doing nothing on my visit today i walked in to a empty store and i asked the man or lady whatever she was in front i asked her why didn’t answer the phone when people call she said “We busy and we dont have to serve you” i politely left thats horrible customer service and for 10$ an hour she’s going to hard the establishment also looks dirty as well as the employees the lady i talk to looked like her teeth was missing and she bite peopleIm scared to eat here i wont even step foot in this horrible environment again

I tried ordering over the phone and they never picked up, to the the point where it just hung up. So I tried ordering online, they don’t allow you to make add-ons to your pizza or pay in person. So instead I had to make the order in person since the service was so bad. Food is always good, but for all of that?

I had ordered from this place 3x. 1st order was wrong, 2nd order was missing ingredients. 3rd pizza was missing my flavor crust Topping I had paid extra and ask the employees was it on it. They said yes. But it wasn't. I will never go there

This place sucks they messed my food up and we waited over a. Hour for it and they said I could come in and get a new 1 and now they are saying I cant.. they are also very slow none of them wear a uniform they all have pissy attitudes towards costumers.
Not only is their lunch combo for $6 really hard to beat, but they also give back to US veterans every single year. SALUD!!

This location no longer actually has hot and ready pizzas available. Every time I go I have to order and wait 15-20. I go to little Caesar’s for fast and convenient.

I walked in to pick up an online order, another customer came in behind me the girl at the counter overlooked me and helped the customer after me. I let her know I had a pick up order and she looked at me and walked off to the back. Idk if it’s because she was young or what but the customer service sucks. The little Caesar’s in Lansing, MI on S Cedar.I had a pick up at 120pm. If she doesn’t like her job or dealing with the public she needs to look for another job.
