Customer service was awful. Two people saying they are the manager and had to run my card 4 times and charged every time. Than shows up an hour later with the incorrect order. This post is not ignorance I’m telling you certain people should not being running a place because it falls apart and this is one. We have a Marcos back home and is nothing like this. Stay away

Good pizza that was as true to Marcos brand. Other locations have been a slight bit better made, but no real concerns about overall quality.The main issue was delivery time which my driver explained as being due to understaffing. Having worked in similar positions in the past, this can be something that happens, and perhaps it was a one-off day, but in the end, it did impact service as my food came about an hour late.I can't say anything about the location in person as I have not visited this one.

The manager here is really disrespectful to his staff and should not be talking to anyone like how he was talking to that boy. I overheard him cussing at a younger crew member in the most disrespectful way please address your managers to keep a family friendly environment especially to teenagers.

These guys are awesome, always quick and never take more than maybe 20 minutes to have my orders ready. Food is always fresh and tastes great. They tend to hook it up. Always super friendly even when I know they’re busy.

Eat here at your own risk! The health department needs to check in on them! I ordered pizza one day maybe a little over a month or so ago. The pizza was cooked perfectly and was quite good until I found the longest piece of hair baked right under the cheese! No BIG deal, hair happens I’m understanding and had never had a problem here prior. So I call and give them a chance to make it right. Oh and I’ll just slide in there that I got some boneless wings that were supposed to have sauce and they had none!Anyway I call and they were nice about it and made it right. So I get a replacement and this time I add on a salad. I made my plate, ate a bit shared a bit with my babies. Go back for a little more (salad) I look at my plate just before putting on dressing and what do I see? A half of a ladybug/beetle! Wings and all!!! At this point I’m disgusted because I’ve already eaten some and fed it to my children! I know some people eat bugs but if I wanted to eat bugs I would buy bugs!So I pack EVERYTHING up immediately and head over there. I explain the situation, show them the bug and food. They call the owner and they say there’s nothing they want to do about it! I guess because it was already a “replacement “ they didn’t want to take another loss. As a business owner I would have refunded and apologized but I guess they could care less. They clearly need training on food safety and cleaning. I imagine it’s probably filthy in there. I’ll never return.

Terrible. I understand they are probably short staffed but when you order online and it says 30 minute delivery and its been over an hour and still nothing, I get annoyed. I called the store and you get a canned "they'll be there any minute" well that was 20 minutes ago!Seriously, don't waste your hard earned money here. I'll be sharing this with our school group who does their fundraisers at Marcos. Time to look elsewhere.

This location is trash! I'd highly recommend ordering pizza LITERALLY any where else. Frozen Kroger pizza is better and more consistent than it was tonight. Last week, they did great, tonight, they need to fire all their staff and start over. Between service (especially Katelyn, the "manager") and food, I'll never order from this hot mess again.
