Wait times are ridiculously long. Seems they are always understaffed and my order is wrong most of the time. You can’t address issues with the store manager because she’s miserable with her own life and won’t take any of your concerns seriously.

Went here last night and EVERYTHING WAS COLD and I mean everything,my fries,the nuggets,the quarter pounder. Stone frickin cold for $10.00 what a joke? I would recommend avoiding this place,along with the Waverly location(Flies flying around everywhere) and Creyts Rd inside Shell(Bad attitudes and drama). I got home and there were no pickles on the burger I never specified that. A burger without pickles isn't a burger it's Communist. The only good locations are West Saginaw by Buffalo Wild wings and Grand Ledge. I remember when you could get McDoubles,McChickens,Fries,Large Drinks for a dollar those days are never coming back with greedy corporations and Bidenflation around.

Stopped in semi truck, no signs posted on doors stating that the dining room wasn’t open yet all doors locked and only running drive thru. I stopped at 3:30 pm.
