We have been going to Outback for years but they are now on the way out. After seeing ads on TV and from emails about steak and lobster for $19.99 we decided to go for it. But when we got to the restaurant the price was $21.99. When I asked the server about the difference she fed us some story about other locations being busier so they can charge less. To me this seems almost illegal and the restaurant association should look into it. I think we have had about enough of Outback. There is a Texas Roadhouse near and that will be our new go to steakhouse.

Just a downright horrible experience..Older woman with a bad black wig would not stop asking our table how we are doing..Happened about 4-5 times and we asked her to stop checking on us Lol. The host was rude and Did not say a word to us she had curly hair.

Our server Courtney S. was wonderful, attentive and provided excellent service. I had the new Sheila steak and I absolutely loved it. Cooked to perfection and the fried carrots on top might be my new favorite thing. Great location and great service.

Went for the steak and lobster special, 2 days after I saw the commercial for it. 4 pm on a Monday. Waitress failed to let us know when we were seated that they were out of lobster and wouldn't be getting more until Wednesday. That does not help on Monday. Management has no empowerment to retain customers by offering a similar price for another meal. Ordered steak and shrimp for $4 more out of desperation.... the shrimp were TINY, and the 4 of them BARELY covered half the slice of toast they were presented on. Our meal cost $80 for the 2 of us. I had coffee, my partner had 1 drink , we ended up with the steak and shrimp, and I had the chicken tenders... what a crock... this was my first time there, AND LAST... Call ahead to make sure of availability of specials. Strictly BAD management, pure and simple.
