The staff are too lazy to move prepared foods from the back kitchen into the pickup area so as customers we have to wait until someone finally does the easiest part of their job.

The last few times I've been there it's been bad. Went through the drive thru and didn't get all my order and ended up taking the loss because I didn't realize until I was almost home. Another time the bread I got did not taste fresh. Also when I order the same thing at other paneras I get real turkey not sliced. I just think that's odd.

Love their Asiago cheese bagel breakfast sandwich.Unfortunately, their espresso machine was down, and the decaf coffee lukewarm, but the staff was quick to make a new pot of coffee.

Hi Eat at Panera quite a bit And the Panera on South Cedar in Lansing is the worst organized they are always out of coffee, occasionally get a simple order totally wrong, I have to repeat myself numerous times of what I would like, employees seem to be quite lethargic, and there have been times when I get home and missing something. Also something about Panera‘s policy I have a dollar off a sandwich with my rewards but you cannot use them on a breakfast sandwich even though in the name it says sandwich LOL overall I still love Panera and I will continue being a customer:: update last time I will ever be at this Panera. Always a bad experience and that leads me to believe that is the accepted normal for this location. One person ahead of me and waited 15 minutes for a three dollar cup of coffee and a five dollar l cheese sandwich.There was no thank you for eating here or I’m sorry. It took 15 minutes for your sandwich. Plenty of employees moving at a incredibly slow speed. Saturday morning and empty cases and empty bagel baskets. Definitely will not be here again.

They tried charging my uncle a dollar for him to get change for a bill because he wanted to give them a tip they said “the company charges to give change” which is not true I worked at this location and the one at Frandor and I am very mad that they did that to my family be careful going there specially if your English ain’t good mine is but uncle’s wasn’t he just trying to give a tip and y’all wanted to pocket his money also he got an attitude when get asked for stares and lids for his ice coffee which they didn’t have lids restocked
