I’m really disappointed with the online ordering experience I had with this location. Not only did they forget half of the things that should have been included in the order for the kids meal (ie: applesauce, side of sour cream, and juice) but they also didn’t include the majority of what I ordered in my burrito. I’m one of those that orders a laundry list of things to put in my burrito and they maybe had 3 out of 8 items I had ordered. Will it stop me from going back to going to Qdoba? No but it will have me debating not only going back to this location but definitely will never again order online or DoorDash/GrubHub etc from here again. Missing one item? Ok, I understand we’re human and we make mistakes but missing that many items in my burrito is unacceptable.

Evidently the Manager thinks on line orders for people who aren't even there are more important than in person orders. We were told we would have to wait for food when the tray was full! I felt bad for the staff. Manager in the back was not handling the situation very well! Need to fix this!

I absolutely love Qdoba and often order on the app for pickup. Every single time I order a salad, they don't give me dressing. EVERY TIME. I select the kind of dressing I want and it shows printed on my ticket that they slap on the lid of my salad. It is very frustrating but also not worth the drive back to get the dressing. Just a PSA to my other Qdoba lovers - make sure you ask for the dressing.

For some reason I had always resisted Qdoba. It seemed like it would probably just be cheap run-of-the-mill tex mex. A co-worker encouraged me to try it and I found it to be really delicious. The only thing is every time I order my quesadilla cheese crusted, it never gets done that way. Still very good though.

Vegetarian options: There are plenty of options for ingredients other than meat. This is a great choice for people who want to accommodate those who don't want meat without making them look weird when they order. Just order whatever selection on the menu and skip the meat. Protein can be made up in beans and cheese.Staff was friendly and professional. Food was fresh and tasty.

Always fresh, always nice !Today I accidentally ordered to a location across town; they offered to remake it at no cost and contacted the other location to notify them.GREAT customer service. Stood in line orded food. Got to my table and burrito was cold, took it back and they said I had to get back in line. By the time I got out of line my husband bowl was cold. This was a Tuesday not the Wednesday special, not what I would call customer service.

Wife and I ordered a nachos bowl with extra protein. Because we were sharing we asked for our salsa on the side. Dude in picture said because the salsa was in a 4 ounce container he charged me for chips and salsa. So even though we could get 7 scoops of salsa if we wanted on our nachos. He charged us $3.49 for a plastic cup. Confronted him. He stuck to his guns.

I'm going to post this once... I found chicken feathers in my burrito bowl. And not only that, the amount of uncontrollable diarrhea I endured after my last bowl was horrendous. I have never experienced blood in my stool until now. It doesn't justify the extra mango habanero salsa I asked for either!!! Qdoba please fix this! Nobody should suffer from bloody stool from eating at your restaurant!On top of it all... what happened to the Powerade? Your Powerade soft drink option was the only thing that made my life bearable! Please put it back as an option...
